I found Sarah Collins to be very helpful and get things done. Always comes back to me when I call/Email in good timing.

I have been using Altium for the last year and a bit and their service allows me to quickly quote my mortgage clients for solicitors and be assured that they will be in good hands. The fees tend to be a lot more reasonable for purchases than what my clients can expect to be quoted by estate agents' partner solicitors. Their team is friendly and always on hand to assist with any queries. Thanks in particular to Connor and Lee!

He answered all my questions and it was great to be asked if I did have any questions as selling a property can be stressful so it's great to be given an opportunity to ask anything. I received a call from Conor Nixon at Altium Legal which was really appreciated. Connor asked how my Broker business was getting on and re the challenges of the current market. Connor also asked if i needed any cases I have ongoing with Altium chasing/ was i happy with progress. Connor also told me to contact him personally if i needed to move quickly to submit a case with a lender to get a solicitor appointed as he understood the challenges Brokers are facing re lenders removing products at short notice. Connor was a credit to the business and a joy to deal with.
