I did all my booking over my phone and being a third party did a great job instructing what the next steps were through the respective airlines without me having to go to a desktop.

The lady I spoke with at Alternative Airlines was absolutely fantastic. I am quite elderly and found myself confused by the amount of information and how to sort out the ID and other administration. I was becoming very frustrated and upset but she was so patient and talked me through everything step by step, despite my numerous and repeated errors. She kept reassuring me that I was doing OK and stayed with me until it was completed. I would reccomend Alternative Airlines to anyone, they went the extra mile (excuse the pun lol). They will be my first choice for any futute travel. A big Thank You.

Good for payment options but the communication with airlines is not proper. I paid extra for a window seat but did not get the seat I selected.
Another issue was when I asked them to resend my ticket. They did not properly check or verify the email address before sending it and unfortunately the ticket was sent to a different email address.
Overall, it seems they do not maintain proper confidentiality and their communication with airlines is not reliable.

Grateful to be able to use atome for flights during when prices are insane!
