Unable to use script even though it…

Unable to use script even though it hadn't expired.
Had to pay for another consult.
Video link didn't work again.
Usual brand not available. Don't like alternate.
Prices still exorbitant.

Unhappy but locked in.

Very happy. Supportive and knowledgeable

Support from staff both medical and non medical has been very good whilst my medication gets tweaked and sorted. Very happy. Definately doesn't feel like they're a sales team. My Dr is mindful of my budget while also working out the best results for my particular needs.

The lady i spoke to was not my normal…

The lady i spoke to was not my normal contact doctor.
I could not understand her very broken english, which left me feeling rather anxious and stressed about her understanding of my issues.
Ive not had this experience before.!

Perfect model hindered a few thangs (not all your fault) :-)

Perfect model hindered by you and by the TGA of course. Being 8/10 perhaps being a bit picky. Not being able to know products available, makes it still tough. Having doctors that script different amounts for the same condition, got a GP in a different state then changed dr. then he left, new dr. scripts different again, Sadly, an internal issue. ALl fixable I am sure Dr said she would note it very nice Dr. Other blue sky , should be able to choose day of delivery. eg I go to the office 2 days a week, Monday and any other day. Missing the order going to the post office is a pain. Trying to nail the right day is not that easy. As it can be 1-3 days of course, However, recently been semi manageable. Also 50% of the time get a time window other times not. Again you don't control the courier, something like a uber delivery model could be a chargeable extra or weekend delivery all on your radar I am sure. Product is always spot on, staff also. Needs to be some way for patients to know what products (flower) you have so they can have better discussion with the Dr. #ThanksForAsking ❤️

I liked the help I got what I didn't…

I liked the help I got what I didn't like was being told that ive been told 3 times to get a letter from my doctor ive inly ever been told once by rather last doctor I spoke to months back...I have never received a email nor letter to give to my doctor as he already knows I smoke medical flower

Very poor admin

Very poor admin. Rude staff. Inaccessible support. Their admin system is badly broken.

Terrible experience

Their system incorrectly allowed me to order over my limit. It has now been 5 days, no refund, no cancellation meaning I can't restart a correct order until they cancel the current order. Multiple phone calls waiting over and hour, multiple emails. Zero progress and I have no pain relief for a serious condition that "alternative" medication helped me get off multiple pharmacy medications. Now those scripts have expired I have nothing at all!
