Prompt delivery without any blemishes so all you can ask for. The door itself is very basic indeed so only barely good value. Order confirmation and my subsequent query both ended in spam filter, no idea why.

Quality of some of the railway sleepers…
Quality of some of the railway sleepers was not that great with big splits in the wood one looked like it was completely split right the way through.
Delivery was quick and when requested.

Smooth online ordering and helpful delivery staff
Easy to order online, we received an email confirming order but nothing to confirm delivery date. On the delivery day called to see if delivery going ahead but phone system down. Delivery driver phoned about 30 minutes before delivery which was great and was really helpful with off loading.

Ordered a one piece mdf board as a fix…
Ordered a one piece mdf board as a fix for a sagging mattress. Order came, cut as instructed in 4 days. The driver Matt was very pleasant and took time to chat regarding the screwing of the board to existing slats. Offered the off cuts that will go to another project I'm working on. Everything from start of order to receiving the product went very smoothly and will use Alsford for all future wood purchases. Sleep through the night due to the quality of wood that they supplied.
