I rang for a quote for a new conservatory. Caroline first told me they were closed (becasue of COVID-19) and to ring back next week. When I rang back, she told me to email her. After a week, no reply, so I rang again and Caroline said the email had gone into her spam folder and that she would ring me back, which she didn't. I rang again and Caroline stated Martin would come out, which he did. He said he would get back to me within 1 week, which he didn't. When I rang Caroline again, she said she would get back me with a quote, which she didn't. When I rang again, they are no longer answering my phone calls !!!!
