I posted my Ray-Ban sunglasses for repair on a Friday and received them back before midday on the following Tuesday. Very impressed with the speed of service, quality of the repair, updates via email and the eco-friendly reuse of the original packaging to ship back to me. Highly recommended and cannot fault this company on anything.

What a fantastic service. I had expensive sunglasses repaired at a very reasonable cost and returned so quickly. There are as good as new. Extremely professional, cannot praise this company enough. Excellent!!!

After several sherbets I fell asleep wearing my HUGO varifocals, damaging the right hand hinge and distorting the arm out of alignment.
Returned as new in three days.

Repaired my lulu guiness sunspecs with new lenses as one had a fault . Lenses were graduated and an excellent job was done. Used alpha before and they’ve always done a great job and fast and efficient.

Great company sent off on Thursday for repair to nose buds received a email to tell me they had received them Friday 1 pm
Then receive another email to say they would be all fixed and returned by Saturday 1 pm great company.
100% recommend to friends and family.

The arm of my Tom Ford sunglasses broke off when I accidentally dropped them … I was gutted as I thought they wouldn’t be able to be fixed (I’ve taken glasses back to the store with this problem and always been told there was nothing they could do) to make matters worse I had prescription lenses in this pair. In a last desperate attempt I did a google search and came across Alpha Omega. From my first email enquiry the whole process was super slick. They promptly replied to say they could fix my glasses and with clear instructions of how to send. I posted on Monday afternoon and couldn’t believe it when I had an email on the Tuesday to say they had arrived and would be posted out that day. I received my glasses back on the Wednesday as good as new and actually way better than they’d been for a while as they’d gone quite loose. The service from this company is exceptional and I urge you give them a go … even if you’ve been told your beloved frames can’t be repaired… these guys are wizards!

I had a two pairs of Oakley’s repaired, a pair of carbon Tin Cans with a bent arm and loose pins. The Juliet’s were old, scratched lenses and a very wobbly bridge. Both pairs and like new. I’m a 44 year old Marine Engineer with an eye for detail, I’ve never left a review in my life, I don’t even give feedback to ebay. These guys at Alpha Omega are really good at fixing sunglasses

Wow, amazing service. Posted some Rayban sunglasses with a broken hinge. Post at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were back with me by Friday before midday. I know I will be using this service in the future. Would definitely recommend this service. Thank you

Living relatively close to the workshop I was able to visit in person and meet some of the staff. They were really helpful and the replacement lenses that they supplied were genuine Ray Ban and fitted in the frame beautifully.
I also had a broken pair of titanium prescription glasses and the frame needed soldering plus the lenses refitting. When I went to collect the first pair they repaired the broken ones for me within half an hour, whilst I waited.
I was really pleased with the quality of workmanship and the service was outstanding.
It's good to know that old fashioned values still exist out there.

Excellent service on my retro Ray Banns. The arms had stretched which I thought was beyond repair, They are now good as new. Very quick service I posted them Thursday & got them back on Tuesday all nicely cleaned & repaired. Would definitely recommend Thank you

Had my Oakley Juliet X Metals for 20 years with nose bridge and arms becoming very loose due to wear.
AO received, repaired and posted the glasses back to me all on the same day.
The glasses are now as good as the day I bought them.

My Oakley Juliet frame was damaged by another, supposedly, glasses expert business so I sent them into Alpha Omega Glasses Repair and they came back like new.
Really pleased Alpha Omega were able to fix them, and I had my sunglasses back within a week too.

My glasses exploded into three parts when a ball hit me on the tennis court. I contacted AlphaOmega and received a swift response. They could not guarantee a solution until they saw the items in front of them. So I took them in myself. I was welcomed into the company’s Crewe base and shortly after was walking out with my spex repaired and good as new. I was delighted. The service was spectacularly good, and at a cost so fair I found it difficult to believe. Thank you AlphaOmega. My only criticism is that the staff member I spoke to assured me that England would beat Denmark. What does he know?

I bought some Oakleys that didn’t fit (not their fault) so I returned the item - they handled the refund quickly and efficiently. They even refunded all my postage costs.

First class repair, as good as new.
Service was brilliant 2 day turn around to receive my specs back.
