They said they would pay back my balance at the end of last month and now the website is down for the past 7 days

BIGGEST SCAM SITE THERE IS.
we worked with alphabookbet as affiliates and they owe us money but never answer, we were supposed to get paid 3 months ago, we have agreement and everything but they dont answer or dont give us the money. Watch out for these guys and stop playing there. I will sue them very soon.

I have 50k USD in my balance that they have been refusing to cash out for over a year now. They decline every withdrawal attempt, and the financial department has been radio silence for an entire year now. Complete Scam. My username is csgoearn

Not paying out the money $96.5, ignored
At first everything was fine.
I passed the verification, and lost and won, the money was paid out.
July 9 The withdrawal was cancelled and they asked for selfies with the document and a piece of paper that said:
‘Hi, Team Alphabook’. I immediately sent them this photo. The money was withdrawn.
Then on the 17th of July they asked for an official document confirming the source of your funds.
I sent a bank statement for one month, they asked for three months, I took a certificate from the accounting department.
I got a stamped bank statement showing the last three months' salary, sent it to them. They asked for a three-month bank statement.
They replied that they would check it in 1-3 days. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't paid the money,
no response to my messages anywhere. The sum is not big, 96,5$. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Looks like a SCAM

Scam robeed me 650 euros
I made a withdrawal request for 650 euros. They rejected the request and suspended my account and won't pay my money.

They say I abused their bonuses. Bonuses they offer to attract customers. I didn't break a single rule, I just got lucky and won and since I won they decided not to pay me and suspend my account.

Blatant theft, if you win they suspend your account and don't pay you.

Scam casino, so i joined like 1 year ago, by the time i got contacted by a vip host named "Micaela" and introduce me to Affiliates and she said that doesn't matter if the people where from restricted countries making obvious that they do illegal gambling using vpn, by the time i invite few friends from USA cause the only good thing is that the platform is smooth. The problem came when people try to withdrawl they start making a lot of excuses and i went back to the VIP host aka "Micaela" and she told me that the only way they will let my friends withdrawl is if i invite more people. So to me that give me enough reasons to say this casino is a scam, don't waste your time and look for better options AVOID THE HEADACHE

As i see i can not reply again to their response i update here
1.- Me and my girl joined alphabookbet as we both gamble OBVIOUSLY will be from the same IP address as we live in the same house
2.- Micaela approched me to bring high rollers and i bring few players that are the same players that when they tried to withdrawl they can't
3.- Alphabookbet offer casino to USA, UK and places where they don't have the license to operate and i have everything documented, they also suggest to my friends in usa to use a VPN and they won't have any issue but they did have issues as obviously they can't pass the KYC
4.- The bonuses wasn't a request from my side, that's what the "VIP HOST" aka Micaela offer, and ofcourse if the first active players have issues to withdrawl my other referrals wont put a single penny on the site with the risk that they won't be able to withdrawl.

With all of this again i suggest everybody that read this post to AVOID THE HEADACHE

I made a account just to post this comment, all comments saying good things about this casino probably work there or are from their family.
Worst casino EVER, support doesn't answer you, mail doesn't answer you, they even block you on their instagram account if you send a dm to them asking for help repeated times (because they haven't answered you).
The only convo you'll have with this casino to help you will be an automatic mail sent to you, cause otherwise, no one will try to help you, specially the chat. But people from higher positions like a guy named Nikos (that's like the owner) won't do anything to help you and block you as well, without saying AAANNNYYYTHINGG!!
If you complete a rollover of a bonus, they won't let you withdrawl, and won't say WHY, they'll just ignore you, not worth at all. Not even with only my real money it was worth, the only time a withdrawl went right it took 10 days.

Very bad scam casino!
They provided me a refund and I should tell them my crypto address. I send them everything and then they had 6 times some ‚server Upgrades‘ or problems. Normally this should be done after 48 hrs.
Then I received an email from the ‚Management‘ that my refund has been declined. Without any reason.

So they said ‚you will get a refund we made some mistakes please send crypto wallet address‘ and then I provided them everything and then ‚Na sorry no refund‘.

Please be aware of this casino. If you have problems there they won’t be solved from management oder support.
