The product is good but the customer service is terrible. I pay my boiler service charge regularly but I am still waiting for someone to service my boiler 1 year later despite regular reminders. Nobody calls you back. They set up appointments for you and then cancel and then don't bother to reinstate. The company on its website praises the virtue of regular boiler servicing to avoid hazards like carbon monoxide poisoning but fails to comply with their own advice. As stated this has been going on for a year now. I hope the management of this company will now respond with an explanation and some badly required action.
Deal with this company at your peril.

Dont waste your money on this junk! Not sure what happened to my last review of this make of boiler so i will keep writing these until they stay.
not a very old boiler that has had some visits in the past and now broken again, new part did not fix the fault....
Yet again a generic answer just to look like they have made contact... i am done with this...

During an annual service my engineer found an issue with our boiler.
As it was under guarantee, he called Alpha and arranged a call out.
Within a few hours I got a call to arrange a suitable appointment ,an Alpha engineer was out the next day and repaired the boiler.
Excellent service provided and recommend there products.

Annual Boiler service revealed a corroded component that would give trouble in the future.
Preventative maintainace by Alpha ensured the failing part was replaced within 3 days. Engineer who replaced the part was efficient and polite. Excellent service throughout. *****. Unfortunately, since writing this review I discovered the boiler was left leaking and flooded the floor area in my loft. Alpha state they can't send an engineer for 6 days to fix it. I now have a bucket under the boiler to catch the water which needs emptying twice a day. Not impressed!

Easy service appointment booking, engineer called prior so i could nip home from work, friendly, clean and tidy, book stamped and good for another 12 months

I have been fitting Alpha boilers for over 13 yrs, They have proven to be good boilers and very reliable. The customer service has been very very good and the staff very helpful. Phil who is one of the repair team has over the years always given support and advice on the odd occasion I have called the team out for a repair. Supplying a boiler is a small part of the trust customers require, the support package is the most important. Keep up the good work and thank you Alpha Coventry. (Phil)

The engineer is very pleasant, punctual and efficient.
The reason for not giving full marks is because the appointment was the third attempt. Alpha cancelled the other two with very short notice.

My Alpha boiler developed a fault but once reported it was repaired quickly under warranty..

Ahmed (engineer) visited the next day. He’s professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A real pleasure to work with as he’d us cosy and warm again in no time.
