Excellent service the young lady who came was lovely would recommend alpha to everyone and the installers were fantastic
It’s been a fantastic boiler and would recommend it to everybody and the price is so good people will be silly not to have one fitted

We’ve been with Alpha for many years, Vic fitted our complete system and has regularly serviced it every year always remaining professional, informative and helpful. Recently he fitted a new Alpha boiler to our holiday home. Not only do we recommend Alpha boilers but their workforce. Very reliable.

Boiler Service has been cancelled 3 times with vague explanations. Starting to question why I'm even bothering to pay for their BoilerCare if the annual service takes 5 months, better hope I don't have any actual problems as I could be without a boiler for 6 months!

I thought it might just be bad luck, but looking at some other similar reviews this seems to be a systemic problem.

Have had a service contract with Alpha for over a year now. Really straight forward, send a message when service is due for you to confirm apt. Engineers nice and pleasant. Contracts are a fair price in the current market.

All good as usual.

I found Alpha Heating very easy to contact by phone. My details were taken quickly and the problem with my boiler was understood and recorded. An engineer called the next day ( having telephoned in advance) and the problem spotted and sorted within one minute. 5 stars.

Alphas boilers are excellent and extremely efficient,much cheaper to run than the one it replaced.

Very professional service. It was so easy to arrange an appointment. The engineer was a great ambassador for your company. Instilled great confidence that he knew his job and carried it out prefectly. Rang to say he was on his way and turned up on time.

Very pleasant experience Gary could not be more helpful.

Engineer arrived on the date arranged and was very friendly and efficiently carried out the service. System could be improved by advising if engineer was due to come in the morning or afternoon on the arranged date although I understand this is not always possible.

Ade arrived on time, immediately found the issue and replaced yhe diverter valve without any issues, checked working correctly. Great Guy.

boiler broke down, because of warranty they come out to fixed, ones fitter fond out that gas saver top box unit broke down, he take his time talking to office, ones come back he told they are not possible to fix and those top unit no where no more for sale.. okey so fitter left but there was no pressure on hot water, I ring to office my self first I asked why they not replacing top box unit, and is it really no where to buy them anymore? they told me yes :D after that I told them I have couple websites where they are for sale, so custemer service stop for a bit and after told me that they not changing them anymore, anyway, we still didn't have hot water and no pressure so fitter come out and fix hot water from second time, not saying nothing about fitter but custemer service keep calling us and asking to extend warranty for boiler.. but there service self very poor and unprofessional, I better off ones warranty finish change to other boiler and other company m, very bad experience, thanks
