Very professional and friendly. Had an issue with boiler, he fixed straight away. Highly recommended Boiler and Service Engineers, previous year Service Engineer Scott was also so much supportive and fixed my boiler installation issues.

ALPHA - First Class Service.
My latest experience with Alpha has reaffirmed my earlier ones. Before I was very impressed with he thoroughness and efficiency when dealing with my issues (my boiler is now 10 years old and in that time only 1 minor and one more significant issue during guarantee period) quickly sorted. I also have a rental house that has an Alpha boiler, just out of guarantee but Alpha came out same day and fixed a lot of things that had been caused by poor servicing from my usual plumber. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed I have been with their engineers on each occasion. I have now fitched previous plumber and signed up to their service plan on my rental and I believe it will prove very good value for money and peace of mind. I am going to do the same with my own house. Very highly rate Alpha and all their staff.

Reliable company, if we're there or not.
While we were unable to be at the flat, our adult daughter was able to go to our flat and meet with Mark, our tech, while he checked our boiler. As is usual with him, he was efficient and cheerful. Everything went well. We appreciate Alpha.

Gold Star Service
Engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the defect and repaired with spares he carried on his well stocked van. Very knowledgeable and he was very happy to explain all aspects of his repair. Definitely a gold star service. Fully recommended.
