A truly terrible company with no customer service
All Round Fun is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After placing an online order in July, my goods arrived damaged and I requested a refund. I could not get through to them by phone and I then sent them four e-mails which were ignored. After two months I still have not received a refund from them, however Barclaycard have credited my account after putting in a disputed transaction claim.

Initial customer service contact was great… notifying me the order was going to be late due to stock problems. But almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund.

Where is my refund????????
I ordered a water slide back in July which when it can I blew it up and it had a hole in it in the stitching, I immediately requested a collection for the item which was then collected shortly after the request. I am still waiting for my refund!!! I cannot get hold of the company I have emailed numerous times but nothing!!! This is over £300 I am still waiting for 2 months later…. Absolutely disgusting service I will be taking this further.

Good communication and great item!
I didn't receive an order confirmation email but they were fast to respond and confirm my order. The order was dispatched and came on the exact date I selected when I ordered. The climbing frame is great (took aaages to build!) and the price was good. Thank you.

Buyers beware …
Please think twice before buying from this company. I have been waiting for a refund of over £300 since 9/08/22. There customer service is shocking you ring it cuts you off saying please use online chat to which you just get ignored.
So please do not buy anything from this company.

This has to be a scam site, I bought and paid for a hot tub and booked my delivery day, that day came and passed and then I tried to contact them and of Course no one answers the phone, or responds on live chat. I’m now hundreds out of pocket and no one to contact to sort it out. Avoid at all costs

The item I ordered arrived with a fault so I contacted the company straight away - no response via multiple emails, online chat or the phone. Phone number cuts off with a message to email, so further emails sent but no reply weeks later. AVOID this company at all costs as they DO NOT provide ANY aftercare!

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY
Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered 6 seater table n chairs on 29 July. They cancelled the order as couldn't find the table in the warehouse and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've emailed numerous times spoke to an advisor last week who promised to chase it up. I've emailed 3 times this week with no reply and now the phone line just cuts off. I'm so mad about this I feel like I've been scamned. Notice they only seem to respond to the good reviews on here! Do not use this company. I'm having to contact my bank now to try and sort out
