Absolutely terrible experience, shipped a product with faults and totally unhelpful in assisting. Cannot recommend this company in the slightest. Very rude and insulting to one’s intelligence. Purchased via Onbuy.

Delivered a product with a faulty part managed to speak to Tom Watson on their phone line, which they no longer answer.
He arranged for a replacement through their warehouse. Now cannot get hold of anyone.

Ordered something for September delivery, first got a message saying there was a supply issue with a new delivery date a week later.
Nothing delivered and no response to emails and not picking up the phone.
Just read they went into administration on the 12/9 but still trading via website.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company. Item was faulty and damaged and collected over 2 months ago and still no refund. They are not answering calls and live chat is just a message service that they don’t answer. Daylight robbery.

Item arrived 3 days early, not a problem for me ,but I had deliberately requested a Tuesday slot to guarantee that I would be in, as it happened I was in on the Saturday when it landed.

I purchased some garden furniture for my dad, they took the payment and the delivery date kept getting postponed but it eventually arrived.
My daughter then purchased the matching gliding chair and paid full price for it, the chair was reduced to half price the next day. My daughter contacted them via telephone and was informed she would receive some of the money back and it would take 7 days, this was on 04/08/2022. She has still not been refunded, I made contact and the recording was to contact allretail via their email.
I emailed them on 28/09/2022 and received a reply saying to allow 24 hours for someone to reply, I am still waiting.
You cannot speak to anyone on the telephone as it just cuts you off, ridiculous and disgusting customer services.

Like other's I was messed about with delivery of my item. kept being told they would send the correct item out but they never did. In the end i was fed up and asked for what had been delivered be collected and a refund issued. Still waiting on a refund 3 months later. I have sent email after email. Called the number many times with no response. I have even sent a letter recorded delivery and yet still no refund. So do yourself a favour and go to a different retailer.

Not delivered , wont communicate Do not use Credit card team now recovering the money.

I have ordered a few items from here amazing products and service constant updates to where the item is never had a problem and one of the cheapest places I’ve seen around will be recommending to family and friends

I ordered a trampoline for my daughters birthday, they took my money and sent me an email 2 days later saying they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked for me refund. I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my refund!! I have called about 50 times, no one answers there phone! I’ve sent email after email, and no one has got back to me, I’ve messaged them on Instagram and still NOTHING!!!! Do not order from this company! This is absolutely diabolical, robbing money from a family with small children!!!!!!!! You owe me money!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Faulty product and a manager telling me to change a plug on a £1000 hot tub. Really????? Still waiting for an alleged response from the manufacturer. Please do not buy fro this dreadful company, it’s not worth the stress

Shocking customer service. Ordered a Lay-z-spa hot tub that was punctured when it arrived. I contacted their joke of a customer services department who are now ghosting my emails, calls and messages, this has been going on since May!!

This company need closing down!

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Shockingly poor customer service. Ordered a furniture set which broke within a month. I contacted customer care who offered me a partial refund to repair the set myself. I have been waiting for this refund since 23rd August. I have constantly chased and they have consistently ignored all my emails. I assume they offer partial refunds to waste your time making sure you can't return the broken set as too much time has passed. How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me.

Still not received my order that was first damaged very dissatisfied will be asking for a full refund soon if I’ve not received my order !!! :-(

My partner bought me a hot tub from this company and when we set it up, it was leaking so we contacted to see what our options where, customer service was brill until we decided to return for a full refund... now, our emails are being ignored, the hottub was returned over a month ago and still no refund! Absolute shambles of a company, do not buy from them!

The worst company i have ever encountered. Bought a swing 4 months ago. Some parts arrived. Most is missing. Impossible to get in touch with and don’t reply. Klarna who i paid through saying i have to pay next month for something i have received. £180. Do not use at all costs. Lead time said 2 days btw. Been 4months

Terrible service. I am waiting on a £187 refund for a mud kitchen that they delivered late. They told me on 30/08/22 that refund had been raised and that I should wait max 10 days for it to show in my account. It’s now 16/09/22 and no refund! They won’t even respond to my emails now. Order number 414524 incase anyone in your shocking customer service department cares to look at this. I have no choice but to take this to the ombudsman. My only advice would be not to order from this scam of a company!

I ordered when the set was on sale and also had a discount so the price seemed unreal, after reading the reviews I thought I would take the chance and pay by credit card in case there were issues.

I'm pleased to say that I was overjoyed with what I received the order and can't believe the price I paid for it.

The order did take a little longer than quoted but when I called to chase the delivery they were helpful and explained that due to the price there was a stock issue.
They updated and with the new delivery date (delayed by around a week) and changed the delivery address for me.
The order arrived on the new date as agreed and was AMAZING value for money.

I ordered a swing for my granddaughter which was too small & I returned on 12/08/22 with a view to ordering a different one.
Despite phone calls to Katie & Tom when I was assured the swing had been received & I would get a refund in 7 days this has not happened.
Since then I cannot get through to them & all you get is a recorded message.
I have emailed on numerous occasions & the reply is always the same - that they will get back to you ....which they don't!
I am very disappointed & wondering whether I will ever get my money back?
