I’ve recently had a very good experience with this company.
The work they did on my van was brilliant. Let’s call it art as I didn’t think my van could look so nice again.
For a 13 year old transit, it had the usual rust around the wheels and lower body.
The team broke away rust and welded new to make good. After that nice paint job was done to make my van look a lot more fresh.

I had some bodywork issues with my car, on both sides, I contacted the company and they said the repairs would take about four days, I was in the process of arranging someone to bring me home when they said that one of their staff lived close by to where I live, he brought me home, then picked me up when the repair was complete, the repair work was brilliant, my car looked like new, I would not take any notice of the surroundings, because the end result was incredible, can’t speak too highly of them
Personally I would advise against using these unless your happy to be blamed for poor workmanship and have no attention to detail
I used this company for the first time for bumper repair on 26/27th May 2020. First impressions were not great as their place of business is full of a variety of cars some encrusted by mother nature. However, I read reviews and left it with them. The next day I came to get it and it wasn't ready at the agreed time. I waited close to 5 hours as where they are is little public transport, no Uber and if they wanted overnight again I would have had to pay a taxi company to leave reading first. While waiting I watched them work, they seem efficient. They pre-pained it then finished off inside. It came out I already noticed issues. He claimed he will polish and it will be fine, I allowed him to do so, paid and rushed out as the site is locked from 8 pm. I review it properly with a family member when I'm home and notice more issues including a missing part. I call him the next day to explain he asks me to bring it into him. I arrive and 20 minutes later he arrives. He has an excuse for every part, and always put the blame on the customer or the process.

Disadvantages: Customers fault, Customer can't expect attention to detail, shoddy work
