My 5 year old laptop had become very slow so I booked a service to clean it up to try and squeeze a bit more life out of it. Tom explained what the problem was (in language I could understand ;-)) and offered solutions. In the end, in the space of 24 hours, and for slightly more than the cost of a service, I have a solid state drive with a 5 year warranty and a laptop that runs quickly.

I recently had installed a new computer and printer supplied by this company. I received excellent service regarding its installation, and operation.
I now have on-line support direct to my home, for any emergencies and an excellent security system, which is regularly maintained. All queries were addressed immediately and very professionally.

Had amazing service from Tom Axe from Allen Computer Services. Only phoned them the day before in a panic as I use the printer every day. Tom was polite efficient and professional he let me watch him so I may learn something. I was so stressed out about the printer not working Tom knew exactly what to do. Thoroughly recommend Allen Computer, Tom A was extremely helpful and very thorough. Well, nicest man ever came, did pretty good, but could not achieve everything I wanted. 10 out of 10 for effort, but had to give up. In the end an old friend came round and managed to finish the job quite easily...lovely people, but obviously I can’t say skill wise I’m that impressed...

I have ended up with a computer tweaked to just what I need. It had to go back to sort a little gremlin in the powerful sound system, but that achieved the sound is unbelievable. I'm delighted. And nice friendly service.

Excellent service as expected based on previous experience.
My PC had come to the 'blue screen of death' but Tom rescued hard drive and all contents and restored to 'new' machine. Very quick and efficient - would not hesitate to recommend .
