Really happy with All Clear. I was looking for travel insurance and came across All Clear insurance ,very happy with the service and price -I would recommend .

Online quote system is quick and easy. There are no restrictions on medical conditions covered like some insurance policies and the cost is very competitive. I have bought travel cover from All Clear before and will do so again should I travel in future.

I was pleasantly surprised by AllClear. They offered better cover than similar priced companies and with their sale and special offers I got an even better deal.

Good fast booking service with a 20% discount for my second year which I really appreciated.

Great service. Good price when others wouldn't quote or asked for more than double AllClear's price due to my medical history. Chloe in Southend was brilliant - friendly and patient in clarifying lots of questions about the medical aspects.

My only suggestion would be to update the TV adverts :)

The young man Nathan who guided me throughout to complete the travel insurance was very helpful, professional and calm. It was a pleasure to talk to him rather than doing it online - the phone was answered very promptly and even the waiting music was pleasant. Thank you All Clear. We have booked through you before and will do so again.

Staff Member dealing with me by telephone was extremely efficient, polite and courteous.
I found the process of applying for insurance straightforward, process eased by manner of staff member.

Woman spoke clearly and she had patience when I wasn't sure.

Have used All Clear for a couple of years. Can't really fault their customer service it is really good. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, is I tried to cancel the auto renew as per their instructions and within time limits. Unfortunately they still debited my card. Fortunately due to their on the ball customer service team it was refunded within a couple of days.

Very friendly, made it so much easier to hand over all my money!
