I bought an item over a year ago and still haven't received it or a refund.
Was endlessly patient, given all the excuses she could make up.
There was back and forth emails for a while then nothing..
I sent another message under a different email on her website asking her if her store was still up and running and if it was ok to buy from there. She responded promptly with a yes, but was still unable to fufill orders?
I am a low-income person and had saved up for a couple of months to order something pricey from the UK..
Complete scammer. Total manipulator.
It is very disheartening to hear that she has done this to so many people.

Absolute scam artist, took me 8 months of threatening legal action to get my money back. Excuses backwards and forwards . I spent hundreds! And I didn’t receive it all back either, you’ll never receive your items.

Disgusting business practices.
I ordered a skirt which arrived in time and was pleasantly surprised as I had heard all the bad reviews. I chose to ignore them and as I’d had one order fulfilled I put in a 2nd larger order for two dresses.
This is when the nonsense started.
I paid a month in advance of when I needed the two dresses.
They didn’t arrive. She told me so many lies I struggle to recount them all, from they’d been posted, they were going to be posted, they were out of stock, they were lost in the warehouse, they were discontinued, etc
In the end the reason I needed two long dresses, a special event, had long passed and she offered me a refund so I accepted.
I’ll add all these communications were, after the initial contact on her website, over text messages.
Here more lies and excuses once again. The money had already been transferred to me and was being cleared, she’d been busy and forgotten to transfer it, it was the fault of her online business banking etc.
This time enraged at her audacity I contacted her bank and reported her.
Luckily I had paid by credit card so I got in touch with my card provider and told them what had happened and that she was withholding my refund and I had not received my items in the first place.
They put in to get the money back.
And this money grabbing fraudulent rip off artist rejected my claim from my bank.
She never sent my dresses.
She never refunded me.
My credit card company continued the claim and after 6 months I got refunded but not by her, by the card company.
If you buy from this woman and ignore all the feedback on here I am sorry to say you will be bitterly disappointed.
Horrible experience.
Horrible way to run a business.

So gutted to be writing this but I had the same experience with Alice. I had purchased from her a few times with no problems but my last order was for a care bear catsuit that I really wanted. It never arrived and after talking with her via what’s ap I decided to wait it out as she voiced to me that she had problems with her warehouse and there had been some mix ups with orders. After a few months I contacted again and she offered me another catsuit until she could get the one I wanted. I though this was so kind of her so accepted but I never received it. She then said my catsuit had arrived with her and was sending out to me but that never came and after many times of trying to contact her since then she has not responded. No item and no refund, absolute daylight robbery! Was shocked to see I’m not the only person this has happened to.

It’s been about 18 months now and still no refund or an item. I had purchased something that wasn’t in stock and then when she told me it would be a couple of months to make after me chasing, I agreed to wait as I really wanted the item. This then pushed me outside the chargeback window with my bank. Therefore no money back and no item. Absolute con artist this woman and brand is. UPDATE: after speaking with Alice I have now managed to get a refund in June 2022 after giving up a long time ago 😁 if you are owed money, get in touch with Alice and she’s trying to make amends with customers.

I never received their Ariel Body Con dress that I ordered along with two other items I did receive. They said the dress was back ordered and kept telling me they were going to send it. After two months of going back and forth with them, they still have not reimbursed me for the cost of the body con dress that I never received. Their customer service is terrible and they took my money without sending me my full order. This was last fall and it has now been a year I have yet to hear anything from them. It is very disappointing since I really wanted that dress or at least my money back!!

I ordered an item over a year ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Had a few emails from Alice but she seems to be in constant disarray, a refund has been promised but I’m not holding my breath. Reading the rest of the reviews I find it hard to believe there isn’t some sort of trading standards intervention as seemingly most have complained about the same issue. I’m still out of pocket so will continue to fight to get my money back.

EDIT: They say good things come to those who wait. After 3 years Alice has reached out today and honoured her agreement and processed my refund. I would urge anyone else still waiting to reach out to her. Alice, thank you for picking this up again and clearing your debts.

I ordered the bubblewall catsuit on 18/03 and it is now 07/05 she told me that there should have been a shipping notice (meaning it has been shipped) but then she’s offered me a refund after I bombarded her with messages and emails so clearly it can’t have been shipped. What an absolute joke and a waste of time this was. I am now getting refund but let’s see if I actually get one hahaha!

She's lucky the minimum isn't zero stars to be honest. I ordered back in September with what stated a 2-3 days delivery time. 4 weeks later I was still waiting, only to be told what I wanted wasn't available. Emails and calls went back and forth, on the phone she promised to send several for me to choose from.

She encouraged me to try one bodysuit based on my size but that didn't fit, so when it arrived i asked if I could return. I was at a bit of a stalemate because I didn't expect a refund after the poor service I had. It took 3 months and a lot of online knocking before she gave in and refunded me. I didn't need to send the goods back but tbh they were totally see through and no good to anyone .

Over this time I discovered I wasn't the only one, people were complaining on twitter, instagram and Facebook. She will remove your review, she'll ask you to email, but she wont respond and give you every excuse in the book. There are ladies as far as australia having trouble.

Most recently she put up a "feel sorry for me" Facebook/Insta post, but theres obviously no mention of the money she holds on to for months.

Head to dollskill or the like for better quality . Save your time, money and energy. Absolute nightmare.

EDITED : it’s taken years Alice but you reply now? Just stay out of business, you are nothing but a con.

Do not buy from her!!! Waiting three months for my order and a refund!! Will take legal action!!

Never buying from Alice vandy again. Waiting since October for catsuit arrive still waiting now. Stopped replying to messages so started messaging on social media, she said it would be sent on Wednesday Express delivery still not here. Con artist who should not be aloud to sell do not buy from her. Even worse that my mum brought one fir me for Christmas this never arrived either.

This company is either wildly incompetent or actively fraudulent. I placed an order in early July 2018, and several months later had still not received anything. Multiple emails requesting refunds went unanswered, or were sometimes responded to with no action taken on their part. The agreement to pay my refund followed by the lack of payment constitutes at least 1 breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

I just (March 2019) received my refund, only after repeatedly threatening with small claims court and a Trading Standards investigation.

I wouldn't recommend Alice Vandy to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and possible lost money and shop elsewhere.

Order placed and paid 23/10/18 still not received. I have had numerous emails apologising and offering all sorts of excuses, and even a free catsuit which was supposed to be dispatched immediately, but still nothing has arrived. Don’t waste your time or money on this company

Scam ... con artist! Alice Vandy and plant Vandy are ridiculous! I ordered multiple items back in November. Still do not have them! Hundreds of emails and now threading with court to get my money back. This woman is the worst of the worst. If you have not done so file complaints against her with the FTC and citizens advise citizensadvice dot org
Alice Vandy needs to be stopped! How many others are there of us that have paid and have not gotten any merchandise!

Alice vandy is the biggest con insure ever come across. Promises my items were on their way and even provided fake tracking numbers. Only to find it was all lies/ I had to threaten with court in order to get a refund in which I didn’t receive the full amount. This went on for 6mths. The company controls all social medial tightly so comments are deleted unless positive and so they appear like a great company. BE AWARE!

Order took months of CS back and forward and a PayPal dispute to ship. It did arrive eventually (my guess is PayPal scared her, she doesn't use it anymore) the dress is super thin, like cheap less-than-a-fiver ebay shop thin and one of the sleeves unravelled and came off after 3 hours of wear.

I've ordered loads of items from Alice Vandy and there my favourite wardrobe items :) Love all the MLP so much and only had a pre order that was late but they swapped it for me really quickly :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM ALICE VANDY!!!!

My aunt and I placed an order on October 3rd last year for a Diamond Warrior catsuit in Forest which still hasn't been delivered. I've personally contacted you 3 times and only had 1 reply. You were in contact with my aunt before that in which you gave her a discount voucher as an apology. We placed a 2nd order and spent more money with you in faith that you were genuine.

Since the last time you spoke to me on 19th February you've ignored all of my contact. You won't give me any clue on when my order might be shipped.

You say all enquiries are dealt with in 24 hours but I've been waiting 13 days and heard nothing.

I'm beginning to wonder if you're just making excuses to take people's money. You shouldn't be taking orders while you're unable to fulfil them.
