Ordered from this website many times and have always loved it! However my recent purchase contained a IVG vape with only one pod that actually worked. I’ve switched the pods around and left the vape alone for days and it’s still not working and I believe the pods are empty. Usually love this website and have never had a problem before but this time was a little disappointing.

The manual provides step-by-step guidance on setting up the device. After assembly, it’s essential to turn the device upside down, allowing the e-liquid to flow into the coil. Additionally, giving the coil 10 minutes of prime time ensures it absorbs the e-liquid properly before use.
