Dissapointed with this order. One item was missing from the package, despite being included in my purchase. I’ve contacted customer service and hope this issue will be resolved quickly.

Ive been buying from this company for years, but in the past 4 mths or so they have become very unreliable, orders not arriving and having to contact them myself , no communication from them , just recently I put an order in and waited almost a week and received nothing , I emailed and thry said they had problems with supplier, thrn offered a refund, which now ive waited 8 days !! Emailed thrm a number of times with no reply. I definitely won't be using thrm again

I have been dealing with this company for quite some time now, and they have always been spot on with my orders. However, this time they went above and beyond.
My order was incomplete at first I ordered 4 vapes and only 3 arrived. But they included a leaflet explaining the missing item would be delivered separately, and a few days later it arrived exactly as promised.
Very reliable company, I must say. Great customer service and communication throughout 👍

Absolutely a joke of a company. Order come pod for my vape paid for delivery 1-2days and am still waiting 4 days later. Not getting a reply from the company either. Absolutely joke.

It started off well, but this has been a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order and was later contacted by the company offering a refund or an alternative. I chose an alternative and specifically asked that certain flavours not be sent. Despite this, I received flavours I explicitly said I didn’t want, along with vape liquid that I don’t even use.

After several emails back and forth, I was told I’d be sent a return label so the incorrect items could be sent back. Since then — complete silence.

What makes this worse is that I’ve spent a lot of money with this company in the past, so I expected far better customer service. Mistakes happen, but being ignored after acknowledging the issue is unacceptable.

Very disappointed, and it’s made me rethink ordering again.

Placed a large order for 20 bottles of liquid, Wrong items sent. Have sent multiple emails to the address listed on their website but received no reply

very bad company, selling fake products, and refuse to refund when questioned about the products. They do everything possible to get away with refunding when called out on the product quality. Be very careful buying from this company, and make sure you check the date.

I absolutely love this company, soo much choice, & great value for money. Ive just given 2 friends there website.

Never had a problem with past orders, but last one missing 2 items,got in touch and answer was add them to next order, asked them to send out but now no response to email!!!
Now 12 days and items still not received!!
