This is the second serious issue we've experienced in a short period of time. Last month, an order arrived with expired food. Today, we ordered a 5.5 lb bag of dog food, but only a 1.75 lb bag was del... See more

Online delivery never arrived

Online delivery never arrived, went to bed hungry.

Friday October 24th

At 7pm, the driver is about 5 minutes away. So I go outside to wait for the driver. At 7:14pm I get an alert that my order has been delivered and I am still outside waiting until 7:30pm.

My kids pretty much went to bed Friday night hungry because albertsons was a no show.

Shame on the albertsons driver...

I will have words with the manager Saturday morning now I see why albertsons has so many bad reviews.

It's 5:15am and we have nothing to eat.

I love the store and the people

I love the store and the people. The app sucks. I can't even count how many times I have clipped a coupon, cashed in points, or saw a discounted item on the shelf, only to find it at the standard price on the receipt when I got home. Going back to the store to get my $3 off eggs or $1 off a loaf of bread, or my free 24 pack of water, is a hassle, but I have done it, just because it irritated me so much. How about just give the discount if you have a phone number in the system, Is that too hard?

Awful customer service

My husband and I just had the worst experience while checking out today. The cashier ashlei, rang up our items wrong. We asked her to charge the food first then the alcohol second so we had a separate receipt. When we asked her why the amount was so much she gave us huge attitude! She made a mistake, which is fine we all make them, but she was completely rude about it. So I asked to speak with her manager and she pointed behind her and said, "she's over there.." I said to go get her please so we can talk with her and she literally rolled her eyes and screamed her managers name, "Nikki!" So loudly, I swear the entire store heard her. When Nikki came over this clerk proceeded to argue with us in front of her manager! Nikki politely helped us by ringing up our items correctly. This woman shouldn't be a cashier, or anything that entails working with customers. My family works for Albertsons in assorted cities, so I shop here regularly. I used to love going here because the customer service has always been on point. Not with this one. I'll be reaching out to my uncle who is a manager at the one in eagle, ID. I am so shocked that she had the nerve to talk to customers like that!

Far Below Average

This is, in NO WAY WHATSOEVER, the Albertsons my Grandparents shopped at when I was a child. In the roughly two-years that I've been shopping there - I've been verbally insulted by employees, assaulted for no reason and out of nowhere by the same employee three-times and had to call the police (management did nothing with the complaints I made and neither did corporate, management was instructed/told by police how to handle the situation and management ignored them) and tonight another consistently rude employee jerked my card out of my hand and didn't respond when I told her not to jerk it out of my hand. The employees are rude, inconsiderate, impatient, there is ZERO customer service, they could care less if you're there or not. Twice, an employee and a manager prevented me from completing a survey as to the quality of the store and it's staff, the employee pushing me aside and filling it out for me. Albertsons is a dump. Do not waste your money, do not waste your time on this low-quality, little-to-no standard company. They are DISGUSTING to their customers.

Horrible …

Horrible …
I shopped at Albertsons they were to deliver between 8-12 I canceled because it was late and no one was shopping. They kept my money 63.00 saying 5 days for a refund I called them today now it’s 3-7 days. Hopefully they will realize I’m no longer a customer. And I’m filing a formal complaint.

eGift cards having to be printed

Received an eGift card today went to store to grab a few things. Presented gift card through email and even clicking reval for barcode and told it needs to be printed out. I don't see what the point of giving ecards if they have to be printed as it's the exact same giftcard barcode either way just ridiculous. Gift cards over 25 and went to just do a pickup order online with it. Spent 20 clicked available cash/gift card and it still tried to run $5 through my debit card. Why is it trying to charge my debit card $5 when my gift cards $25+ and order is only $20.10.

FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS

I spent over $300 weekly for groceries. In April 2024, I fell backwards in the handicap parking curb, and hit my head & hurt my right arm and leg. I filled out a report with the clerk. Urgent care put me in a sling & I had to wear crutches.
Two days later I had a stroke, and I was hospitalized for 3 days at Summerlin Hospital & transported me to rehab for seven days. Now, I suffer memory loss and I'm confined at home & sometimes I still require a walker. I called Sedgewick, who was so disrepectful to me. I've made 12 calls to The Corporate Office that still has not returned any of my calls or even apologized.
The fall altered my life and I'm now on disability. As of today, I'm still waiting for a call back for ow over 16 months.
Albertsons should not treat faithful customers in this matter. I'm 65, and a senior, and someone should return my call! I still shop there sometimes.
My numbers on the incident report Fort Apache & Sahara, also there was a video of the fall!

Customer Fraud Alert

They fraud the customer
I went to buy roasted green chile the took Chile out of the boxers of Young Guns switched it around and took more out so you do not get the weight and they charge you more for hand picking the proper weight and get the box for you so you are unaware of the bad chile in the bottom of the box also they also roast it and said it looses weight when roasting and that is a bald faced lie the also.
I have seen full boxes roasted but they will not sell it to you. Who gets the full amount?
Never in my life have I seen a more crocked company.
The box weight is 1 1/9 Busshel and that is way more then the 25 pounds they say but it is not even 25 lbs and unless you weight it yourself which they don’t let you do and just tell you we will get you a box. They mix up the chile so you don’t know what you are getting mild or hot Anaheim or New Mexico chile
Just watch them and you will see for yourself. It’s disgusting.
They are liers the whole company it has been going on for the past 4 years. I have watched it.
Dont let them continue to do this I have complained but it did not good

Too complicated to shop there

Too complicated to shop there. I used to love shopping at Albertsons and I still appreciate their products, sales and employees. However, it is just too complicated and it is gotten progressively more so. Between apps and digital coupons and all the other little rules that keep customers from getting the sale prices, jumping through hoops, I'm done. And what do people do who don't have cell phones? Maybe they're lagging behind progress but are still potential customers who are walking away.

Don’t shop at this store

My friend went and picked up the groceries I ordered online for her (there online process of letting me know items were not available partly on time and partly didn’t. Then it let me know way after the order was ready what the code was. )

My friend gave the employee the order # to get the order and she was very rude and then she called me to let me know this and I let her know the code she then called back and when she brought the items out she told my friend and someone witnessed that she was harassing her. (By the way she would never do that she is a sweet lady) items were out of stock or rotten on other occasions and prices are way to high)
Will never shop or step foot in there again
Reported to corporate and said everything above and was offered 15 credit which I can’t use because I won’t shop there .
There rating is really a zero out of 5.

Best Produce in Town

I was surprised to see such a low rating. I love my local Albertsons here in Yuma, AZ. They have the best produce in town, even better than our well known Health Food store. They're the only store that carries the Fat Boy specialty flavored ice creams that my husband & I enjoy. The prices are a little higher, but their quality is unmatched by their competitors! Their stores are always clean & well stocked, their employees are are always friendly & helpful, the online member deals are great, they have a beautiful array of flowers & plants in their floral department & they're reasonably priced compared to florist's shops & their store delivery is easy to use & free with Fresh Pass. No need to use Instant Cart. I could go on & on. Suffice it to say that Albertsons is my favorite grocery store!

Albertsons at 10250 W

Albertsons at 10250 W. Charleston has an exceptionally friendly cashier named Livia. Livia has told me about the military discounts, and has always been professional. Livia should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.

An absolute dogshit company.

I got gaybashed recently in Pueblo Colorado during self checkout and the attending cashier, a rotund idiot, just laughed her ass off. Deli talked some kind of weird shit at me as I shopped. And the manager Melissa, when I had a conversation with her kept using homophobic microaggressions to groom me for exploitation. She’ll pinkwash the situation if asked. The manager was probably a radical leftist, so she probably considered me, a right leaning independent to be an ideological enemy and they really promote people stalking me and abusing me in community. Leftists like the manager, even seem to enjoy and fetishize trying to groom me for the white power movement, which I am not joining and hence the Neo Nazi stalking me mentioned earlier. The contact form on their website was probably deliberately dysfunctional and that’s really insulting to the consumer. And there was no email option either. You should never do business with a company that tries to prevent communication with the customer. In the past, I’ve had their chronically disrespectful employees threaten to contaminate the food with bodily fluids as well. I was just trying to get some hotdogs. They’ll lie in their response.

The worst store

The worst store! I went to the one on Craig and Tenaya in Las Vegas and had a horrible service ! At the butcher counter the woman has snappy , with horrible attitude ! I asked her nicely how many lb I can get and she snapped at me to read the flyer! I didn’t have my glasses and I didn’t see the small print on a side paper size note ! I was thanking her and I was nice and polite but still didn’t matter !!! This store has similar people working there , is not the first time at that store and frankly this kind of behavior needs to be addressed! Some managers are hiring similar people, looks like they are bitter and mean ! It was ugly and for no reason ..this person doesn’t belong in customer service jobs ,and just to buy an expensive smelly tilapia ! That’s another issue, I got home and that fish was smelling in the bag so badly that my $13 went in the garbage , I was scared of getting sick ,I’m not sure what she gave me ! After all I spend almost $200 in the store and I had bad products ! Dissatisfied customers, and hard to express what experience I’ve ! For sure I’m done with that store and I’ll make sure people know !

I briefly worked there and wasn't…

I briefly worked there in Gig Harbor and wasn't comfortable with Courtesy work. When in reality, I wanted to work as a cashier. The store manager Suzi is rude Courtesy clerk Thomas is rude. Not only that, the stores assist director Chelsea is disrespectful and told me to leave over a simple position arrangement and the main director Sheldon is rude! They all should ashame of themselves and tool advantage of my emotions when I needed help and sympathy. As a black woman, what they did to me was selfish and racist.

I thought this would be a good thing…

I thought this would be a good thing for me. Because I'm legally blind. I do not drive and I'm elderly, but as it turns out it's not going to be because the people they hire to deliver do not speak english so, therefore, if they can't find your place, you're just kind of Sol the produce. I have gotten lately as been from the bottom of the barrel. Very sad.
They can't read and follow instructions. Because I have it marked to give the order to me. They do not seem to understand what that means. So therefore, they just leave it at the door and I have to pay super close attention as to when it comes if I have frozen or fresh stuff. Is not setting out in the heater the cold. It's very, very sad that nobody wants to do a good job anymore.
