Accidently sent back the wrong part and embarrassly accused them. Absolutely no judgement their end, quick to reply and even returned the wrong part. Really great service. I've never had an issue before and this is the first time (completely my fault) and was still treated with amazing service. I ordered a replacement screen from my laptop from AJP Parts - the item arrived quickly, was well packaged and, most importantly, worked perfectly.

I have purchased a number of laptop AC adapter from AJ Parts over the last few years. The genuine Dell adapters have always been at a great price.
I also purchased an AJP branded laptop adapter through another supplier on EBay - I could not use it straight away but when I did I found that it was not working 3 months after purchase. I contacted AJ Parts directly and received a refund, assisted by Ashu.
I would definitely use AJ parts again for laptop adapters and other laptop products.
