If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Need to have clear instructions on drop off and pickup procedure. Also need to make it clear that the online reservation page sent to your email once purchased needs to be PRINTED and brought with you INSIDE when you return to pick up your vehicle. Could not find the reservation in email and the woman at the counter seemed annoyed that she had to look up. Once her co worker located it they processsed my reservation. Cost an extra $13 because flight was late so we were 30 minutes late to lot. Make sure you have extra time on the tail end of reservatiint

The company doesn’t tell you it’s a 3rd party company and therefore they don’t honor there reservations. The place I booked didn’t have room and I only found out when I was running to catch our flight. I had to park our car in short term parking for $130 for one day a bunch of hours and now I have to chase after this company for a refund for a spot I never used. It was very frustrating. There should be bold that this site doesn’t guarantee anything!!! The garages don’t honor their booking

The parking lot was very full upon arrival. We parked in a maybe OK spot because it was all that was left. Not sure yet as we haven't picked up our car.

The lot I reserved and put a deposit on had a sign upon arriving saying “lot full“
And offered no further assistance. I had to frantically drive around looking for another lot so I wouldn’t miss my flight at EWR!
