Delivery didn t take long. The mask is very good comfortable allows breathing . Very good adjustment. I bought a large which was a bit big but I adjusted it with the back strap. I was mainly looking for a breathable mask that I can wear longer and this is it.

No Help With Delivery Problems
I wrote to customer support because USPS didn't deliver my package, and I asked for help tracking it down. Airinum basically told me to go around to the several post offices in the area and look for the package myself. I'm sorry, but that is not good customer service.

There is only one reason I have turned to Airinum, it is their extensive research, manufacturing, quality and customer Service. Believe you me I have personally, trialled like others, many, many face masks, all pertaining to be the best protection against Covd bacteria, in this current pandemic climate. Some made it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe properly. Most didn't cut out car fumes on walk about, some didn't encompass that all important nose clip, that helps to form a seal around the nose and face. Airinum manufacture First class exceptional, comfortable, fashionable face masks with antibacterial coating and they even sell an antibacterial bag with neck loop! So that the Airinum face mask stays cleanThe Airinum face mask Out classes each and every mask I have trialled. I feel safe and secure wearing my Airinum face mask on walk about! and most importantly it is breathable Like Airinum and most people I care about public health safety I'm proud to say I have received both Astrazeneca jabs, I had a slight stiff arm for a couple of days only, with no other side effects! "Airinum is 5 Star Company selling 5 Star face masks and accessories" oh I forgot to add the Airinum face mask has 2 valve ports and an excellent fully adjustable comfortable head strap lastly Customer Service is 5 Star, very responsive, they responded to my request about my orders very quickly, I only ordered my Airinum face mask filters and bag the other night already it is in the UK having come from Tallinn Lithuania and been on an exstencive journey it's now Saturday 3/7/2021 Indications are I'll receive my Airinum parcels this Monday 5/7/2021 Delivery is very fast, considering it comes from Europe Logistics and the Covid Pandemic "Thank you Everyone @ Airinum for being there for us all and working tirelessly, to provide us with First Class Goods" Stay safe. Excellent mask and superb fast customer service when my delivery needed replacing. Cannot fault the product or the service.

I was amazed how fast customer service response was as I recently reordered masks including the new lite mask. I've been a customer for a couple years now. I've never had an issue with airinum. Even just recently recommended them to my work colleagues. Fitting them correctly is quite important to get the best fit. Those that use cpaps will understand why a best fit is important.

Great delivery and response time! Needed to exchange my order for bigger size, did so and they were helpful on each step of the process.

Order took weeks to arrive. One mask (unopened) needs exchanging for a larger size. Contacting customer service is virtually impossible. When they finally got back to me they still didn’t send me the promised shipping label so I still can’t exchange my mask. Not happy at all. I had to send them three messages before they actually sent me the returns label - hopefully things will speed up from now on!

Customs is a big issue to get it delivered to India, so think about it before ordering!

I, unfortunately, received a defective mask skin, which I am sure is extremely rare since it was just missing the adhesive. Once I brought this to the attention of the Airinum team I was contacted by Shirley who assisted me with sorting out the problem. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

Shirley responded to my ticket promptly.

Great product and customer service from Shirley. Only giving 4 stars as my order took 3 weeks to arrive due to some logistical issues but quality of the mask is great and works well. Also means my glasses don’t steam up too as the fit around the nose is really good, this is a huge plus!

Excellent support from customer service, addressed my query within 24hrs. Mask is excellent quality, soft and very comfortable to wear especially for prolonged periods of time. Replacement filters very expensive which can be a major factor if wanting to purchase multiple masks.

looks good but its way too costly for a mask and service charges to send in India is again half of mask price, when u clearly mentioned that filter expires in 100 days, at least u should have looked at price or extra service charge. most of the companies are giving free of cost service charges

The product fits nice and feels comfortable especially when you have to wear the item for long times.
