I am retired Army, shooting for probably forty years and recently had a double lung transplant. The mask performed flawlessly and I greatly appreciate that it did not cause my shooting glasses to fog up. It is a quality made product that should last quite a while.

I bought the bicycle version and tried it with my motor helm. It is too big. So I bought their "motor" version.

The most deceptive product. It is actually exactly the same shape as the "bike" one!
It doesn't work nor with close helm neither modular helm. It is absolutely impossible to use it. Probably only with jet helm (like on their pictures)... but that's not what they pretend. It is called lying by omission.

Most is french. Regardless of the Language Option Delivery from france is with a desaserous delivery Company. Please have a Building outside of france from where you can ship with a serious Company

I have a Scuberth C5 which is a integrated helmet. When I close the lid on my helmet it pushes the nano one to the point where it's touching my lips. It's not really comfortable at that point. I would say this mask is fine for open face helmets. But anything else is just smashing the mask too close to your face

R-pur masks have helped me greatly with respiratory problems. They have top level filtration, great face fit, low breathing resistance at all times and are very reassuring.in my view If you want a proper serious durable protective mask this is the one.

Very good product

A mask intended to protect cyclists from invisible dangers, and remain stylish. Once you get a good fit, which take some practice, it is effective.

I had some initial issues with filters leaking, support has been exceptionally helpful and understanding, resolving all issues I faced.

I have been using my mask since June 2016 and have not travelled without it since. It is part of me, it gives me security and protects me from environmental influences when I am abroad. I recently got a new mask because it did its job... I can only highly recommend it

The masks are great.
In my scenario I had issues with the transportation. The 1st time it was sent to a wrong destination. The 2nd time they forgot to add my contact number and had to pay extra fees because the transport was awaiting for me at the post office for a long time but they could not contact me to inform. Recommend to check daily the tracking number in case the transport does not arrive in 2 weeks

I appreciate the functionality of the R-PUR masks. This is really the only mask that filters gases yet is still comfortable to wear.

However, customer service is non-existent. I've emailed several times about a rather large order I paid for in July and never received. It's now October, but I still haven't gotten a reply.

I live in Holland and I ordered a Mask. The package was complete, good, and delivered in time.
When I faced issues, the company was very helpful and thinking along. It really gave me a good feeling.

I twice ordered from this company and never received my order, nor did anyone follow up when I wrote to ask for confirmation of the shipment or eventually a refund. it's very hard to find customer service person who can help if you're based in the United States.
I give two stars since it seems like a great mask, but maybe better if you live in the EU.

I received my package very fast. Everything was in order. The product is really nice and I have been using it for almost 6 months now.

I ordered a size small in the pedestrian mask. I liked the mask but needed a larger size. I reached out to R-Pur by email. No response and when they did reply it was a week later and informed me I would need to mail the mask to France for a refund at my own expense. I mailed it to the address I was given in the email. It came back as “refused”! Then they tell me it’s past the 30 day return policy. I think this company is dishonest and a scam. They delay in reply to any attempt at communication to avoid issuing a legitimate return. My advice is stay away.

Update: 1 star to 3 stars. After many months, this was sorted and I was refunded but feel it could have been handled better.

I purchased in December, returned immediately in January upon receipt and I am still waiting in March for my refund. I have emailed multiple times with the tracking number that proves the return reached them. I was told initially after it got back that it would take a few days to process- it’s been over a month since then and now they are ignoring my emails. I’ve raised a ticket with PayPal to claim the money back. A reputable company would not make a customer do this. Even worst, they ask me for a review by email automation. Well here it is. What an awful customer experience - please refund me.

Product use experience not satisfactory for the price

I really wish this mask would have fit me better . In order for a mask to work it has to have a complete seal! I followed the measurements for sizing exactly as the website states , but that mask was way to big at my nose , while the ear straps were way way too small and made my
Ears behind forward till the mask popped off. Even if I could get the straps to stay behind my ears there was way too much capping out my nose. I don’t think any size would fit me even though I followed the directions I was very disappointed. I have extreme allergies and wanted to wear this in my workplace. I feel like the filters are really protective but I can’t use them if I don’t have the proper mask. I was really disappointed that I had to spend money to get that item shipped to me as well as $20 was taken out of my refund. I really really want to try another size or mask style but I’m already out 40$ and don’t know if I can waste anymore money . It’s disappointing since it Doesn’t fit , even tho I followed there their own sizing recommendations. Wish they offered me something to try Mask ! They do have good customer service as far as responding back .
