Great product. These products are great for period properties.

I have bought a number of Agriframes products over the last few years. They are easy to assemble,look really good and stand the test of time. The srevice is excellent too.

The rusted range is beautiful. I bought the "gothic " supports that I used to support my peas. They have now been moved to keep the Autumn raspberries from flopping. I have other items in the rusted range and they all look good together. Will definitely buy more.

Ordered a Zinc planter, delivery was on the specified day.
The quality of the product is excellent and will last for years to come.

Got my arch delivered next day. Great service and love the product. Highly recommend.

Top quality product - will probably outlast me! Well worth the investment. Lovely CS team too.

I ordered an obelisk for my garden which has arrived and looks fabulous!
My order arrived two days after the order was placed and I was sent email updates throughout the process.

I recently purchased a garden arch and I couldn't be happier. It arrived very quick and the quality of the arch is great.

Ordered a Monet arch for my garden, liked the design the gurantee it came with. Was easy to order on their website and arrived within 2 days. Looks good in the garden, can;t wait for my clemetis to grow over it!

Arch arrived well packaged but was over priced as found one elsewhere for half the price after preferring this one. Collected for return on 8th July I am still awaiting the item , of which only half has apparently been received, to be marked as such by the warehouse. First person I spoke to was less than helpful last week . This week a lady is chasing the warehouse. I have paid £40 for this to be returned to them. It is taking far too long to refund me. Hopefully today .

So miss leading. It doesn’t include the lattice. Then they attempted to “up sale” the lattice for a discount!! The directions are terrible. Nothing is labeled. The ends are not sharp which would assist driving into the ground. They offered a round pole to “make the holes”. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased.

We ordered two classic arches to create a tunnel and we planned to add two more at a later date. The arches we received were of much poorer quality than we expected from the description and the presentation in the brochure. They come flat packed with small pieces to put together which makes the arches rather flimsy. The one we put together got scratched on construction because the fittings didn’t match the holes. We decided to return the second one, unopened still in its original box, for a refund, as we had to abandon our plans for a tunnel given the poor quality. These arches, at £180, are only marginally better than the £30 ones from garden centres. We got charged by Agriframes almost double the cost of postage to return it than it cost them to deliver two arches to us! We eventually got a refund but only over a month after sending the thing back and several emails in between to chase it up. Agriframes did give us an extra £15 to compensate for the delay but I will stay clear in future as this company doesn’t live up to expectations.

I ordered a plant support requesting next day delivery. The first delivery the item was damaged.
I waited all day for the second delivery - did not arrive as apparently was damaged.
The third item due today and has apparently been ‘lost’.
They assured me they would resend and I would receive it tomorrow, Saturday before midday. However I have just received an email about this 4th attempt to deliver it advising that this will be some time on Tuesday. No one had the courtesy to telephone me of the change of date and I have no confidence that it will arrive in perfect condition.
I cannot comment on the item as I have not yet received it but the customer service of this company and its delivery company are very poor.

Having recently ordered multiple obelisks and frames from Agriframes I could not be happier. The obelisks are beautiful and look fabulous in situ & the frames serve their purpose well. The only reason it is four stars is that there was a small problem with delivery & one frame had got damaged along with one lattice in transit. Despite this being out of Agriframe’s control after calling Agriframes Lucy resolved the issue immediately. She sent out replacements which arrived just over 24hrs later. Her professionalism was second to none which let’s face it is a rarity these days!! So I give their customer service five stars. I will not hesitate to purchase from Agriframes again & to recommend to others.

I have had a fantastic experience buying from Agriframes. The packaging was excellent, maybe a little too but there was no damage to the arch I had ordered. The instructions were very clear and very helpful and the arch itself looks really good quality with thoughtful touches like rubber sleeves to cover the joins.

The biggest issue was not with Agriframes, but with their courier DX. They notified me a day in advance, but then failed to deliver on the day they said they would. They also failed to notify me that they wouldn’t be delivering that day. I received another email the next morning notifying they would be delivering that day and while I was going to be out all day, my partner was home, but when I got home I saw two parcels leaning against the house in the rain. IDX didn’t notify me that they had delivered the arch and my partner didn’t hear them ring the bell. Had they delivered to the wrong address I might never have received the delivery.

I emailed Agriframes to advise them that DX did not provide either myself nor them with an adequate service. Agriframes emailed straight back to apologise and said they would refund the delivery fee, even though it wasn’t their fault.

Will happily use again and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered two pergolas from agriframes - they are excellent and arrived very promptly too.

Abysmal: I ordered a pergola in January for around £900. It was delayed and delayed, finally delivered at the start of June when I was away. It is defective: most of the grub screws are painted in or have been forced in at an angle which means they cannot be removed, ie not fit for purpose. Deeply unhelpful "customer service" response. I will have to have legal recourse for a refund, unfortunately.

Placed an order on 8th June and paid for next day delivery, still waiting for a dispatch email. Have messaged them twice, no response as yet. I wish I had read these reviews first, will not be ordering anything from them again. I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund, lets see....

Buyer beware. Fruit cage purchased by my mother, arrived with poles badly damaged. The replacements buckled under some Spring weather (April). Product not fit for purpose and the 10-year guarantee is worthless. This company does not stand behind their product at all. Ripping off an 80-year old lady with no remorse whatsoever.
