Dear Kenni,
We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing transparent and reliable service. However, we currently do not operate in England and have no registered users from that country. Additionally, you've mentioned "LottoSocial," which is not the name of our website. It seems there may be some confusion, and you might have mistaken us for a different company.
To clarify this matter, we kindly ask you to share your real name or account details so we can verify your claims. If this review was posted in error, we would appreciate its removal to maintain the integrity of genuine customer feedback.
Thank you,

This company is a con
This company is a con. I spoke to them several times on several different technical issues, and they are not interested in fixing any of them. Their payment gateway is seriously flawed and it doesn't reflect the right amount that you have deposited.
It was displaying that my deposit payment did not go through, and I attempted to pay again. Eventually I ended up having deposited triple the amount that I initially intended.
I contacted support to ask for a refund, and they told me that they won't do a refund and that I have to gamble with the deposited amount - the only way to withdraw money out is if I gamble and win.
Long story short: They don't take any responsibility for their technical errors and they don't want to return your money.
Additionally, all of the support agents seem to be with made-up names - Alex Carrera, Den Cabore, Marie Lynn etc. Think long and hard before putting any money into this website.
Look at the way the positive reviews are written and by who. It's crazy I didn't see that coming.

Dear Marianna,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we regret that you had a negative experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points.
Our payment gateway, which is provided by our trusted partners, works under strict regulations, and we have no influence over the processing of transactions once they are initiated. We do, however, provide full transparency, and once the funds were deposited, they were successfully reflected in your account balance.
Regarding the issue you experienced with multiple payments, we always recommend double-checking payment status before making further deposits. As you mentioned, your funds were deposited and reflected in your balance, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of the deposit. This is part of our platform's terms and conditions, which are clearly outlined to customers at the time of their registration.
We also want to assure you that all our support agents are real employees, and any names used are legitimate. We take customer service seriously, and our team is here to assist with any concerns you might have, following the outlined processes.
We believe in offering our clients the best experience possible, and we would be happy to work with you if you'd like assistance with your account or any technical issues.
If you need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Best regards,
Alex Carrera

Do NOT fall for the bonus promotions!
Bonus promotions are cheating in my language. Just received a Christmas bonus promotion and I thought it was great. Start betting on instant games to meet the wagering requirements. And the website took of my REAL Deposit instead of the bonus. There is no option to choose the bonus money to play first. And it turned out that this is the way it works. This is a scam in my language. Will still buy lotteries from this company but that's it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience with our bonus promotion. We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify how the bonus system works.
When you claim a bonus, the wagering requirements are applied to the bonus balance, not your real deposit. However, if you have any active real funds in your account, the system may use them first, which seems to have happened in this case. We understand how this can be confusing, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our user experience, and your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant team for further review. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance or clarification on how to use your bonuses in the future.
We appreciate your continued support and trust in our lottery offerings.

Deposit money lost in payment gateway mishandling
Tried to deposit money via. UPI on 28 oct 24 and debit was successful from my account and from wallet however the amount was not credited to my player account as their provider hasn't forwarded the amount. For me the point of contact is this website not their provider of gateway services. Now this website contact agent Marie is insisting that it's not their fault and I have to contact my wallet for refund as they have not control over their gateway services providers this is not acceptable and this is not the first incident that happened as in August 24 I had 4 transaction of usd 20 total is not traceable and they don't accept their fault even after reporting the failed transaction on the time of occurrence.

Good day, everyone!
Good day, everyone! I want to share with you my experience of participating in lotteries. I have been participating in lotteries on this site for quite a long time. What do I like about this site?
The first thing is that they have my favorite lottery at a very low price and it is the Australian lottery Saturday lotto. I've been playing it for a long time and have had some good winnings in the past. I recommend this lottery on this site to everyone. You can look at the statistics and realize that it is one of the best lotteries in the world in terms of price per bet/probability of winning.
The second thing is that the site features lotteries mostly rated 7 and above from many countries. If your country has foreign lottery blockers, you can participate in the lottery here without any problems.
Third, they have excellent and fast customer support. They notify by mail about changes, news and important events. They respond quickly to any inquiries.
Fourth, they are honest, if you win, everything is credited to the account in full.
