Worst platform ever for local payment methods who instead of resolving the issue and receiving the account statement with all the details does not even ask the payment vendors(receivers) to provide their account statement so that it could be verified from both ends.
The issue was that on Feb 16,2025 I paid the amount to the payment receiver account where I provided account statement,his details provided at the lotto agent website but still after 21 days,it's not resolved yet and now the chat representative says please use the other payment method and today again when I used the other payment method and issue would be explained in next review ,she says to use international payment method like what's going on there...why we are not told at first place not to use these payment methods or why you make them avail there..

I've knowledge about this site for quite a while, it used to mainly offer what I needed at the time - lotteries from different countries, and after a while it introduced gambling games such as slots, with many famous and lesser known providers, as well as roulette, blackjack, and the like, that's when I came back as started to get interested in it.
I liked the bonus policy (they send to your email address discounts on lotteries, freespins for deposit, usefull informations, and initial bonuses for new customers are nice) and the system itself, winter Advent calendar, good speed of the site and looks all quite simple and clear.
The site has support for several languages (English, Spanish, Russian, French), the customer support is supportive, and most importantly, a question asked resolved quite quickly, was answered in the language in which the question was asked.
I recommend at least familiarize yourself if you are interested in lotteries or gambling.
