AFFORDABLE REALTY Reviews

We would definitely recommend affordable realty! They are so kind and accomodate all our concerns especially Rachel who did extra mile just to help us. Me and my flatmates are so thankful. They are the best ☺️

I have recently let a property with Affordable Realty and having rented a few times within London this process has been by far my best experience. I cannot fault Rachel, she’s been exceptionally helpful and open to answer all my questions and successfully negotiating my queries with the landlord. She’s also been super friendly and approachable throughout making it a pain free experience and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting with Affordable Realty.

I am happy to find my flat for rent via Affordable Realty agency..the lady Rachel is very kind and helpful and helped me to move to my flat in a right time.

My flatmate and I have recently moved into a new flat and we were helped through the whole process by Rachel. As fairly young girls moving to London for the first time we were quite a bit inexperienced in the renting process. However, Rachel was extremely patient with us and made sure we were helped every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

Affordable Realty has been amazing. They've done so much to support me through this process. Rachel is so lovely - from the moment I met her she was incredibly helpful, hands-on and the best communicator.

The landlord moved the move-in date back by 2 weeks and Affordable Realty gave me 2 weeks of free rent as a gesture, from their own pocket, even though it wasn't their fault.

These agents are not like other agents you come across when house-hunting. They advocate for the tenants and do everything they can to make it a smooth process. I'm really grateful I stumbled across them, and if you're in doubt, don't be. Meet Rachel and she will put your mind at ease!

Finding our flat with Affordable realty was so straightforward, quick and stress free. Rachel is lovely, and we’d recommend to anyone looking to rent!

Friendly service and fast replies.

I have had a great experience with Affordable Realty. The agent Rachel was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The house we got was also a good one.

Have had a great experience with both Dan and Rachel. Super quick responses, everything was sorted quickly and professionally. Dan was so helpful and communication was brilliant! Given it’s so hard to find a flat in London at the minute, we’re lucky to have had such a smooth experience thanks to these guys :)
