Rachel did a great job in assisting me and my flatmate with the application process, immigration documentation, and other issues along the way. We were able to find a place within our budget, in our desired location, and amongst the difficulties associated with moving overseas. Very grateful for this agency!

Unbelievably unethical and unprofessional behavior. They refused to return our holding deposit that they had had for less than 24 hours, because I was unexpectedly hospitalized and diagnosed with a serious illness that prevented me from moving to London. I told them immediately, sent medical records (edited to add: I offered to send my medical records and they declined), etc. They had told us explicitly that the holding deposit would only be kept if we were "misleading in our application", which was not our case. They had expended no money, the referencing process had not yet begun and they could start the process with another tenant that same day - they just pocketed the deposit.
They wrote us in an email that "Going forward we will ask if the applicant has any health issues which might affect the move." (!)
Also impossible to reach the "Director". We were given his name but no email address, no phone number, and our requests to discuss the matter with him were refused.
Really shady practices.

Rachel was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent and we couldnt have asked for more! Will and would recommend to anyone!

Rachel could not have been more helpful, considerate or professional. The process of getting an apartment in London is gruelling, but Rachel’s guidance was amazing at each stage and we are so delighted with the house she’s helped us move into. Can’t recommend enough!

Scammed us and took our money. Any agent who takes a security deposit will always be refundable until you don’t get the flat. They tell people your reference has failed and keep the money.

Rachel was very involved and accomodating, and available one message away! The renting experience has been smooth and good so far.

I have moved around London a fair few times in my 4 years here and I have to say without a doubt this reality team is the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of being in contact with! Me and my flatmate had rachel in charge of our property search and she was extremely on top of everything, always contacted us if we had any issues and was always available for help! The process of signing and referencing was super fast and easy to complete, and there was always help available!

I would fully recommend finding a home through Affordable Realty. The process has been incredibly smooth, with Rachel accommodating all of our needs and ensuring that everything is done efficiently. She also ensured that we were always comfortable to ask questions and gave us any help needed, she really went above and beyond to ensure we got the flat we wanted. The rental market in London seems to be very hard, but Affordable Realty removed all stress for us and we could not be more grateful.
