The delivery after placing and completing order took six days for phone. You need to change courier DPD. They didnt deliver on that day.

I am sorry to hear that there was a delay with the delivery. Upon review, I can see that DPD attempted delivery twice but was unsuccessful, however, I am glad to see that the handset has now been delivered.

Poor, please don’t buy and trust without delivery goods they will send tracking order number and finally affordable mobile just simple word and say Royal Mail not yet update any information?? Customer service team and Team manager and whole team mafia and dodgy, I order but still not yet received goods, please don’t buy phone if do you will get hell and nasty reply. I am not blame, my experience and I want to share to others and pls be aware, because of this people now contact number more than 4 days inactive and no one can’t communicate me, hell service. Still suffer and I am chasing still my problems…..

Having reviewed your order, I can see that your handset was dispatched on 24/08 for delivery. However, the tracking information shows that the parcel has not received any scans from Royal Mail since 25/08. Unfortunately, Royal Mail will not accept a lost parcel investigation until there have been no tracking updates for 7 consecutive days. As soon as this timeframe has passed, we will raise the matter with them as a priority.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation is, particularly as your existing number has been inactive while waiting for the handset to arrive. I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team who have advised that in order for you to continue using your service in the meantime, you can request a replacement sim from your network provider and complete a sim swap, which will activate your contract onto the new sim while we work to resolve the delivery issue.
We would also like to reassure you that once you have received your handset, we will be happy to refund the time your contract was active but unable to use the handset due to these circumstances.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.

I have order 4 mobile from affordable mobiles now, each time they are MUCH cheaper than buying direct with the big phone companies even thought the are on the same network, also benefit from a 2 yr contract rather than 3 like most of the big networks are now offering. I will continue using affordable mobile for future phones. the next day delivery is also excellent

Very helpful and patient young lady…
Very helpful and patient young lady took me through the process over the phone.
Had a little problem trying to pay the upfront fee with RBS and another member of staff assisted me with this.
I ended up with a new iPhone, a great deal and a 24 month contract. Super value for money Did not need to change my number or network provider.

Scam company
This company has sold me a dodgy grey market phone that in less than a month has started showing hardware and software issues, is unable to be covered by AppleCare and is rapidly deteriorating. They claim it is brand new and that their use of modified stock is displayed on the website. After going through all there terms and conditions, and searching for the stated pages, this was never stated when I purchased. My complaint has been dismissed. They will take your money and scam you.

Still waiting for my return confirmation email its nearly been a week since dpd delivered the cancelled mobilephone,I called to find out 3 times over the week every one i speak to seems clueless not very good at all.
