Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Ordered a new iPhone contract and was sent an iPhone that had already been used with multiple calls in the call list to India. After speaking to customer services, I received hardly any apology and was told that they ‘test’ the phone before it’s sent out? Absolutely ridiculous. I have never been sent a new iPhone that has been set up to ‘test’ with multiple phone calls to different numbers. Then told I have to pay to send it back special delivery, wait 10 days all while I’m paying now for a contract for a phone I don’t have. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid if you can!

Device won't accept any sims.
Had a new Iphone 16 delivered in good time - had issues with my sim that I was told was the providers issues after going in store to the provider plus to the Apple store it turns out the device I was sent hadn't been activated so will not accept any sims. Tested the sim provided on multiple other phones with no issues, after contacting customer support was told I'd be sent details of an exchange but could also just be sent the same phone back, I've not been sent any details about how I can exchange my device to one that actually works. Overall very disappointed with my experience.

Never received SIM card, currently lost my mobile number
Never received SIM card after activating PAC code at checkout. Now having a nightmare trying to retrieve number, whilst having no service on the replacement SIM that was sent.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your replacement SIM card. As we are an indirect partner of the network, we don’t have access to network systems and therefore cannot directly manage SIM activations, number ports, or number transfers.
To get this resolved as quickly as possible, we would recommend contacting Vodafone directly on 0808 040 8408, as they will have full access to your account and be best placed to assist with any issues relating to your replacement SIM and number transfer.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience.

Great company been getting my family mobile phones for about ten years now never had a problem with any of them currently have 3 mobiles contracts out through them one and one each for my 2 sons 20 and 15 yr olds
