Toilet where not clean I want to 4 different toilet to use the toilets horrible. I head to wait till I get of the ship to go and use one.

I am registered disabled and due to the closeness of the parking I had great difficulty getting out of the car As we got to the lift I noticed several large disabled bays marked out on the deck One of these would have been very useful had I known they were there I noticed that there were many people on board with disability issues and none had the use of these diasabled bays On booking I do not remember this option being offered as an option Please advise

Everything was great , only when we went to the Duty Free Shop , and we had a very ignorant staff member that was big mouth and rude to my wife , we called her over 7 times , and when she started walking twards us she started saying wha wha wha , her name is Kelly , tall blomde woman with blue glasses very ignkrant and nasty person !!! The supervisor told us she is contracter and nothing gets done about her , this is not fair as we paid for the services , she is there to help us not to chat with her coleagues. The the supervisor gave us a cofee and a pepsi on the house , the rest of the staf 5 * but because of one all have to suffer !!!
