The product was not as described regarding the external condition but the customer service came with a solution and it was resolved. The customer service was good en fast.

I bought a refurbished MAC mini M1, good price and 24 hour delivery service. The mac mini came with good, shockproof packaging. Works correctly.

Phone ordered from refurbed.ie, phone is great condition and all necessary parts included.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I was supplied an EU plug when in Ireland we use UK plugs.

A shame considering the site I ordered from and the address it was being sent to is a slight oversight.

But overall quite pleased.

Excelent vendor, I received my iMac Pro in the next couple of day after my order. The computer looks and works as brand new. They even offered me wireless keyboard+mouse.
The price was more than interesting. 5600€ on Apple refurbish offer against 2200€ directly trough adognicosto... Their team is no joke with quality.

I want to change my former review, as I have contacted the company and they were very friendly to help me with the EU Intracommunair VAT bill, as they have refunded me all the Italian VAT I had payed.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone through refurbed.de
It was to be delivered through GLS but never came.
After going through 2 weeks of customer support e-mails, I was told that there will not be a refund.

I specifically in my order put a note asking for it NOT til be delivered AFTER 12 noon if you came on a friday - an what do I get? A delievery between 13-16 ON A FRIDAY!!!!!! Cant you read?

The VAT information in your message is confusing - in the mail you say that I have bought a product with seconhand VAT so it is not deductable and will not be on the invoise but at the same time you have attached an invoice INCLUDING VAT! Make up your mind!

All fine, the product (Samsung S10e) was as described - as good as new. I would not have been able to identify the difference between this and a brand new phone. Came with a charger.
