Poor customer service. I tried to buy a product with shipping to Thailand. All I got were vague responses listing the names of dealers who weren’t even in business. They didn’t even send me their contact information. Just the names—as if to say, “Dear customer, go figure it out yourself.” In the end, I wasn’t able to make the purchase.

Bought my rapid bike evo for the Tenere more than two years ago.
I have done a lot of modifications to the Bike De Cat exhaust, High level pipe, performance filter.
bike popped and banged a lot on the overrun and was very snatchy on low throttle.
I was going to book it in to a specialist to try and get the mapping ironed out, But keep running out of time.
Anyway I emailed dimsport and within days they replied with a new map to download. I had already bought the USB connector previously to attempt some adjustments myself. Anyway plugged in the computer it auto found the map clicked on download and that was it. Bike now total transformed smoother more economical no more popping on overrun throttle less snatchy. Super impressed if your considering this unit buy one, Back up like this needs praise.

There was no support for purchase in Singapore, the price sold by distributor(FTA Performance) here is much more expensive. There is no option to purchase online.

2 days delivery, RB easy was just that, easy set up, easy connection, (I do have mechanic experience) 2 dials adjusted as per recommendations and the bike is pretty much perfect. No more low RPM jerky pull away, no slipping the clutch in traffic, no holes or hesitation in the revs anywhere. If your bike has poor factory fueling from emission restrictions, this will help solve it and can be easily returned to stock. Cheaper than the AF-XIED when considering import and shipping too. If you are considering a boost plug, get this instead, BP is ok but this is more sensible.

BMW R 12 - Rapid Bike SMART2

An amazing Plug&Play computer. Purchased due to installing custom Akrapovic headers without a catalytic converter (causes Check Engine and performance issues). The SMART2 fixed my throttle response, running issues and the bike feels amazing again!

Diagnostic works, and can easily read and remove all issues reported with a single click. I'm a happy customer.

There is only one downside, the cable that plugs into the SMART2 computer is a bit short so I could not place it under the seat. Instead I had to place it on the gearbox with Velcro. That's the only disappointing part for me.

Another improvement could be to make the OBD cable slide into the motorcycle port fully as the one from the motorcycle does have a waterproof ring.

Very fast delivery. Bought rapidbike evo for 2019 Duke 390 - now the jerkyness and poor fueling issues are completely gone, feels like a new bike

Dico subito che una volta montato funziona molto bene, motore più corposo intorno ai 2.800/ 3.500 giri, come lo volevo io.
Nota negativa il cablaggio estremamente corto che mi ha costretto ad installare la centralina sotto il serbatoio e non nel sottosella come sarebbe logico, con trenta centimetri in più di cavo sarebbe stato perfetto.
Altro neo, non imputabile al produttore, è la lentezza di GLS nella consegna, sei giorni... un po troppo per un corriere espresso!
