I ordered a camp bed which arrived in a "used" condition there was bent leg's and scapes everywhere. I managed to contact them and return the bed only to receive the replacement in a worse condition than the first! I have just received my third bed now and it's as bad! 3 bent and scraped leg's,no instructions or protection on the leg's.
As I now have 2 beds in my possession in a terrible state I've told them I will send them both to the manufacturer and tell them this company is giving their product a bad name.
AVOID COMPLETELY

Terrible. I did not receive the goods I ordered. I was eventually refunded. However I have now received a bill for the customs charge - for the item I never received. Addnature are refusing to pay this charge.
Avoid using this company!!!

Addnature.cu.uk and its German parent are refusing to pass on the refund I have received from Lowa for my faulty boots. This has been going on since the end of August 2021 and I now have no other option than to sue them under German law.

I have bought a crash pad. They have sent me the wrong one. I have paid for a triple but they have sent me a single. Super angry.

Even on the box it said triple. Could they not read?

Unable to get a refund
Item arrived on time, unfortunately the item was too small and the package returns label was missing.
I was unable to get a returns address / label through their website / emails.
I concluded they are impossible to contact.
I guess their policy is to make it extremely difficult to return an item and get a refund..... they keep the cash we keep the item!

After reading other reviews I was a little hesitant to place an order. I decided to order anyway and use PayPal just in case. Order came quicker than stated and everything was in the condition it should be.
Also so much cheaper than other shops for some rab items, bargain! Will definitely use again.

After reading many bad reviews on here I still went ahead with my order. A very pleasant experience despite being told the postage would be delayed by 4 days, I still received my parcel within the 10 day delivery date that was stated when I placed my order. All items were delivered together (~£250) and arrived in good condition, packaged well to prevent damage.

The 10 day international delivery was actually faster than some UK-based outdoors companies. Very impressed with the service however I cannot comment on the returns process as I am happy with all my products.

I have spent £250 and products have not arrived after 10 days. On their website it says it was all completed and delivered on the day of order which is not possible. No phone number to contact them or web chat. Poor service.

Very Unhappy placed an order iwhich i havent received although on the website that order has been marked as delivered .I cannot get a telephone number and i have receive an e-mail in reply to mine that they are busy and queries will be answwered in about 12 days. In the meantime I have received an scam email alleging it is from UPS so not being able to contact them is very upsetting

Very poor service! First, the order took much longer than advertised to arrive (~10 day). Secondly, I need to return an item and the paperwork in the box says there should be a returns label included, of course there isn't. Went online to print a label and the downloadable pdf is empty. Now I have to wait up to 12 days for support to respond to my query. Will avoid in future.

Very similar experience to other reviews. Product ordered over 16 days ago and has not been delivered and has fallen into a customer service black-hole. The parcel is stuck in a DPD hub because the delivery info wasn't populated on the parcel. The only means for escalating the issue is through the contact form, and I've been told it will take up to 12 BUSINESS days for them to respond. That's atrocious service. Wish I hadn't made the purchase now. I was dubious before, but I would not touch with a 10 foot barge pole.

Dreadful company, not yet delivered my shoes, customer service contact link is broken, no phone number, and a response to my email saying that it might take up to 12 days to reply! Quick enough to take my money though.

Was slightly concerned when I ordered lots of mixed reviews regarding ordering and delivery, took a chance and my Rab jacket was delivered a week after ordering, was able to track it through DPD app, cannot fault the company, would definitely use again. Great prices.

This store is very automated so if you ever have to return the item you just report a return in Klarna and then its very easy

Unable to do business with this company. I saw the item I wanted added to basket and was unable to pay or proceed any further.

I was looking for a certain product and they came up as cheapest. However, the cheaper listing is out of stock and THE SAME ITEM is still available on a more expensive listing. Very dishonest and disappointing.

First class service ordered a utility tent and it was delivered within 7days tracking allowed me to alter delivery address to a click and collect shop.I have ordered from Germany before and never any problems.

Customer service is hard to reach by email and number stated for contact is not working.
Description for some products is wrong (for example i ordered sleeping pad with R-Value 3 but when product arrived it clearly says on it that its 1.7)
Returning products is very hard because you have different returning rules for return on paper you get with product and on their site in 2 different explanations.
Refund will last long if it happens at all so if you order something choose to pay by bill and then cancel the bill when you return product so you dont risk loosing your money

Ordered a coat that was at the cheapest price by far,they had one in the size I needed so ordered straight away.I then read the reviews on the company and the one star reviews had started to play on my mind!A nervous week a head I had but to my pleasure it turned up on time. Very pleased with the service and would shop here again!

Product, sizing and package arrived exactly as described on the website. Delivered by DPD, communication was excellent and was delivered ahead of estimated time at point of purchase. No issue recommending the company for me.
