Just received some Hoka walking boots, the only supplier which l could find that had my size. On ordering l accepted as they were being shipped from Germany, were not going to arrive the following day! The consignment was sent via dpd, tracking provided. Received boots in 7 days, which l was more than satisfied with. Looking at the tracking data, the delay was getting customs clearance, not due to Addnature, who dispatched the boots in 24h. It seems very unfair that some customers give one star due to delivery times. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the Addnature again.

Pretty good service, prices were cheap comparison to other retailers but this company is based in Germany I believe so slow (ish) delivery. Ordered a new climbing helmet some quick draws, a belay device and an acender on the Wednesday and were all delivered by Friday the week after. It did sit in oldbury customs for 2 days but not worried to be fair. No issues at all, Will use again.

This company should be rated higher.

I placed my order on 16th January, received despatch email on 18th January and received my order today 26th January.

Granted it took a little longer than if ordering from a company based in the UK, but there were 0 issues with taxes charges customs etc.

So if you're not in a hurry and see a bargain on there I wouldn't be hesitating to buy again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but as this company seems to have a lot of negative reviews I thought I’d better write one.

I bought an msr elixer 1 from addnature before reading any reviews on the site. I was a little concerned to say the least, after finding so many negative reviews.
However I cannot fault the company, the tent arrived (brand new) within the time frame specified. It takes just over a week considering it has to go through customs.

The tent arrived exactly as advertised and I can’t fault it at all. Customer services responded to me extremely quickly, even though I was just being slightly impatient!

So it’s definitely not a scam company and they do not deliver used items! I would highly recommend them!

Almost three weeks from order to delivery, no reason given other than to try to blame the delivery company. (Even though the tracking info didn't start to show for over a week!)
No effort made to get the problem resolved - "wait and see if it's returned to us and we'll refund your money" sums it up!

Addnature was of the few places stocking the item I wanted. I bought several other items too, they have a great range.
Ordering and delivery (before Christmas) went smoothly.
There is a free returns service (I have had to return trousers which didn’t fit). They send a returns label by email when a return is requested.
Recommended.
Edited to add - my refund came within 2 weeks of posting my return. My experience with this company has been faultless.

I ordered a down gilet for my wife. I read the negative reviews but from my personal experience they have been great.

It stated 5 to 7 working days for delivery and it arrived today 24th December exactly on the 7th working day! They tracking information stated it had not been picked up by DPD which did have me a little worried but as it turns out it was unfounded.

I have also ordered other items from their sister company and had the same good service.

I would definitely order from them again.

Been waiting for refund for over 2 weeks. Sent email to customer service’s and received a standard reply. 3 weeks later still no refund.

Just under two weeks between placing order and item arriving, which seems to be the same for anything coming from Europe into the uk now. Correct shoes, colour, size etc. and no nasty surprise customs charges or anything so I'm very happy. Only bad point is that the tracking (dpd) didn't work until the day that the parcel was actually out for delivery, so if it did get stuck somewhere there would be no way of knowing what happened to it. Fortunately that didn't happen so all good, thanks.

I so wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I bought a pair of Columbia Kea sandals. I kept an eye on tracking and late this morning BEFORE 11.30am tracking said an attempt to deliver them was made at 12.26 - yes 1 HOUR AFTER THE REAL TIME. It also said it was being returned to the sender. I have been in all morning and there was no attempted delivery. I contacted Addnature who replied with a bland "Fits all" reply which just said its journey had been interrupted and that I would get a refund. Given other reviews I have read I wonder how long that will take!!
Save yourself potential disappointment and anger and buy elsewhere!

I can vouch for Addnature. They're competitively priced and my experience of their customer service was top-notch.

Addnature are a genuine good company.
It's always a risk on the Internet buying things particularly if something goes wrong and getting returns. Sadly a product I bought had a fault to do with the manufacturer not Addnature. Oscar at Addnature was amazing and within a day had responded to my email and refunded my money.

I would not hesitate in using this company again.

I placed an order on the 28 Nov, then spotted some negative reviews on FB, this unsettled me alittle, but i contacted Customer Services and had a response within 2 days that evetything was good and there would be a slight delay due to the amount of orders received on Black Friday, i received my order within 14 days after placing it from the EU. Look forward to placing mors orders.

I ordered a fjall raven parka because it was the best price I could find online, not realising it was not a uk based company.
When I got round to reading the reviews I didn’t know what to think, some very negative posts about non communication and refunds.
My own experience as been positive with plenty of communication from addnature.
Would recommend and use again.

Wish i'd read reviews before purchase and not bothered. Zero goods, zero communication.

Do yourselves a favour and look elesewhere

I have to say the service I got from Addnature was brilliant. I ordered a Mountain equipment Tulipak Atmos Jacket from them at a fantastic price and after a few extra days wait in customs it arrived very quickly.
I would definitely use them again. They were very helpful when asking questions and good at returning e-mails. Thanks all at Addnature in Germany and the uk. Kind regards Richard Seager

I am waiting for my order 1.5 months, customer service not help me, I got just answer, my parcel is missing in DPD, I must be patient and now when I ased about refund, nobody answered to me.

I was worried with the 50:50 excellent to bad reviews, but as the price for my daughters NRS Ninja PFD was so much cheaper than anywhere else I span the roulette wheel. I'm happy to say the goods arrived as advertised and with in a week of order (I was expecting it to be at least 2 weeks). I had no issues with customs and as the goods were as ordered with no problems I can't comment on the customer service or ease of returns though there was a return slip in the box. At a 40% discount when I ordered it I'm one very happy customer.

The prices this company offer are very attrictive. Hovewer they service is appalling:
1. address of the company co.uk would suggest its english based company, which is not the case. its set somewhere in germany, where the items are send from
2. after collecting money there is no support from this company: in my case the item i've bought got lost somewhere on the way and tracking is showing no progress for last month. i tried to contact them few times, no word. I raised the dispute on paypal asking for help with tracking the item and they replied to paypal sending the trucking number (which i have) - but not taking responsibility whatsoever for lost parcel. I hope the dispute on paypal will end in my favor but i really hope that there is no place for this kind of shady businesses.
