Even despite having heavy traffic enroute, the driver was calm and composed.

I am from Sydney. When I booked the taxi from st Thomas A&E I was told to wait near the car park. I did this and then told my trip was cancelled because the driver could not find me. I was totally unaware I was to go into the car park. When I rang again I was told I would have to book again and pay. This is a total fraudulent behaviour which cost me $47 aud. I believe I should get a refund. I am 73 years old and was not told specific information,

Booked two cars for wedding to bring…
Booked two cars for wedding to bring bride and bridesmaids. Booked for 12;50. One arrived 30 minutes late. When we called him after ten minutes of being late he told us he’d be 7 minutes. He turned up 20 minutes later. The car was not set up as a six seater so he very slowly set it up. Did not apologise for being late. Then watched YouTube the whole way whilst driving. The second driver asked us to pay him £10 cash because he had to wait a few minutes. Terrible service. Would never book Addison Lee again.
