I would give this company zero stars if possible. An absolute scam with horrible service. I custom ordered a dress to my exact measurements (even a little bigger because I heard they are scams about the sizing and I figured I could get it altered). I have broad shoulders and they said my shoulders are too wide to make a dress for. Now they want me to take pictures and prove my shoulder length before they refund my money. I tried calling and the phone rang for two minutes before an automated message just hung up on me. Worst $200 I’ve ever spent. If I don’t get my money back, I’ll be taking further action.

Do not order from this company they are a scam!! Ordered a dress that took a month to arrive, then when it didn’t fit tried to return it! They will not accept returns. The tags are on everything is in tact, just tried it on!
I have a long torso and the dress girth was off by two inches. Sorry I’m not short, so the slit and upper part didn’t fit. They will not let me return it and get my refund. They keep saying something about measuring and taking pictures and measuring! They want to fix the dress somehow??? They are such scammers! I’m out 200$ and no dress for the ball. I am so discouraged at this point I don’t even want to go, plus now I don’t have the funds to buy another dress!! Do not order from this company!

I live in Japan. Getting married in US. I ordered from this shop using specific measurements. Worst decision ever made.I ordered a tea length dress to my custom measurements. Ended up with a petite size 12 full length. I have 4 weeks to my wedding and wish I had never wasted my money on this company's services. If you are a standard size I'm sure it would be fine as the dress itself was beautiful. But NOT what I ordered. I have no dress for my wedding. An inch short full length for a short waisted petite 12 I am not. Which is why I custom ordered. I have not been able to contact them for a return or refund.Take my advice if you are in the US. Just go to David's Bridal.

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase a dress you will not be able to return or exchange. The phone number listed, just rings and rings. You are asked to email your issue with the purchased item and good luck with a quick response, its takes 24 hours via email since they are in China. The dimensions on their site and actual are not accurate, so therefore it looks like I'm stuck with a dress! They did suggest I get it tailored. Or I can order another dress with a discount. Dresses may be beautiful, but there customer service is extremely poor. I will never purchase again. I will stick with purchasing local. Think twice before you hit the "send" button!

I ordered a dress from adasBridal, big mistake. The dress didn't look like the picture at all, was very cheaply made and felt like cardboard. When I asked for a refund, I was told to send pictures of myself in the dress, which I did. They told me the dress was fine (it wasn't) and told me the best they could do was give me a $5 coupon for my next purchase. Like I would ever buy from them again (I wouldn't). All these nice reviews are more than likely made by employees or a company paid to write good reviews. This company is a SCAM!

My very first online purchase was a black dress for my prom. The dress had a vintage look with charming knitting sheath and a jewel neckline. The dress is short and designed with rhinestones. As the dress was my very first online purchase I was a little scared but after receiving the dress I found out that the dress fits my body perfectly. The clothing material is very soft and feels good to your skin. The vintage design provides a stunning look. Additional support in the bust area is required.

I ordered a dress in white color for my wedding, and I was pleasantly surprised with the tulle and lace quality (looks like loops won't appear easily), textiles are nice to touch and unlike other dresses I tried on, it doesn't feel like wearing an underdress cover. It fits my measurements which coincide with their size #2 in the chart perfectly, though the high collar is a bit too tight as for me. The promptness of its delivery was excellent (delivered one week in advance, safely and nicely packed). Will surely come back for another dress soon.

I could not ever think about getting a lacy wedding dress like this with my low budget. I can only afford $300 , the wedding dress I ordered cost much more, but Adasbridal was offering a huge discount. My entire wedding gown is made from pure white lace. I love love love the low back. It is so elegant and sexy at the same time. I gave a little more money to Adasbridal and they custom made the gown for me. Fitting was perfect and I felt great. I had a great experience with Adasbridal.

But then again they were offering a white cathedral mermaid wedding dress (WWD34368) for a wonderful price just $159.99 – I took the risk and ordered it. I took precautions – I ordered it one size big and with ample time in hand to get the dress altered into my desired fitting. I got it one day earlier than I expected. The lace work throughout the bodice was so gorgeous. Not to mention the combination of tulle, organza with satin lining was wonderful. Not just it looked stunning, but also comfortable wearing. Moreover, I loved the high neckline looked so elegant. It got me many compliments… Could never be happier with any other dress!

I found this online shop with lovely made-to-measure and customizable dresses by mistake. I was not going to order my wedding apparel online, but the pictures were so good so I just click on buy button.
The quality of my dress is remarkable, and I love how it turned out. The appliqué looks very elegant and the inside of the dress is comfortable to the skin. I am happy that I ordered Ivory color it is smooth and creamy, just as I like it. The only problem was the cuff edge. It was made too tight though. Everything else were exceptionally well made, no unfinished edges

I wanted a wedding dress that looked traditional but had it’s own unique flair. I found the perfect dress on Adasbridal.com. It is a multi-colored gown so it defies the “traditional” gown yet is still classy and elegant and LOOKS like a wedding dress! It was a little long on me so I had to have some alterations done, but with the price it was better than buying straight off the rack. The delivery time leaves a little to be desired, but overall, I am ecstatic about my dress!
