MY EXPERIENCE STARTED OFF RUFF AT FIRST... FATHER OF PROM QUEEN... I JUS KNEW I RUIN HER DAY BUY ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE PROM DRESS... I WROTE A EMAIL TO ALGLIST... INWHICH THEY RESPOND QUICKLY AND PROBABLY WITH EACH EMAIL I SEND THEM ...THEY EASIED MY MIND WITH THE SIMPLE RETURN POLICY..... INWHICH AGAIN EASY MY MIND ... NOT JUS THE QUALITY OF CLOTHS YOU ALL HAVE BUT "IT WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ME", AND ONLINE AS WELL... FIRST TIME DOING SO.... THANKS AGAIN ALGLIST FOR ALL YALL DID TO MAKE MY DAUGHTER PROM A SUCCESS... YOU ALL SAFE MY LIFE!!! 🤟🤟❣️❣️

I ordered a replacement for the gown I ordered. Why is there a number that you can talk to a live person?

The overall dress is nice, but for 600 dollars the sewing of the feaux diamonds which is in the eye catching section, were poorly sewn on and made the dress look cheap. They are barely hanging on. My daughter chose to keep it, but I would've sent it back as soon as I opened it. I would've either asked for a replacement or another dress design because the dress overall has much potential.

My experience has been great. I’ve ordered dresses in 24’ and 26’ for both my daughter’s prom dresses. They arrived within a week and fitted great.

It’s an amazing true to picture but I would size down. I went by my pants size in its a little to big also the sparkles shed a little.

I ordered the dress for my daughter prom and it is everything and more. The dress is absolutely just like the picture the dress is amazing is was worth $1000… Thanks again

I bought the NAIA dress. Beautiful dress. Took a week to come in. As soon as I pulled it out the bag, the neck chain snapped. Birthday dress broken before I can even try it on. Emailed customer service. They said to send videos. Which I did. Still haven't heard anything back two weeks later. Going to have to rig the dress just to wear it. Which I shouldn't have to do considering it was $200. Cheaply made dress using cheap materials, sold at a stupid price. I hate yall, might dispute this charge for the inconvenience.

I order the naia dress for my birthday ($220) , I’m a heavy chested woman so I decided to send it back. Spent $40 to ship it back just for them to deny the store credit policy saying that I cut the ribbon off which I didn’t. In my opinion I believe that they cut off the ribbon themselves. Also they only allow you to request a refund within 3 days of receiving the item . I should have taken pictures before but wasn’t expecting this out come. I constantly had to reach out in order to attempt to get a store credit which they still didn’t honor. Don’t shop with this company , I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before instead of going based if TikTok. I now have to try and get a refund through my bank since they have stopped responding to my emails and there is no phone number to reach them.

I ordered the Midas Touch gold dress and it looked exactly like the photo. The fit was perfect and hugged in all the right places. Highly recommend.

I ordered my birthday dress from Alglist. Customer service and communication was sooo thorough and helpful. My dress came earlier than expected, it fit perfectly. The dress looked just like the picture online. Sizing was also spot on. I would recommend Alglist to my family and friends.

My Naia dress is just wow, shipping was fast the material is good. I was thinking about fitting but fit so much on me it like they made it for me. differently will order again.
