I received a wrong item

I received a wrong item. I was sent the “magic wand original” instead of the suctioning rose. Also, please put all your items in boxes so the packaging remains discreet, it is not so discreet when you can feel a dildo in a bag. I’d like to get the rose toy instead of this magic wand but I’m not sure how to go about it without having to return this item I didn’t even order, so I’m leaving this review.

False advertising and bad support

Was not given the 50% an item as advertised in the email and then when I contacted them about it, I received “Wayne” as the representative and he did not help but instead ended the chat as I was typing.

Awful purchase

It doesn’t have a continuous vibration, only pulses. The suction almost pulled it off! I put it on my leg and could lift up and it’d still be attached. Idk who this is for BUT it wasn’t me!!!! Very disappointing. Then the free gift came in such loose packaging, when I grabbed it out of the mailbox I could tell and feel exactly what it was. What happened to discreet packaging?

Decent price. Wrong item

I was able to get a decent price. First time ordering, will not be ordering again. I ordered there dildo package that came in 3 sizes, they instead sent me a g gasm rabbit. Wouldn't be too big of a loss if it was at least a rechargeable.

It does not have the correct settings. It’s supposed to have 3 continuous vibrations at the beginning. The first 3 settings. It don’t. I will be returning.

Items arrived, packaging not discrete

Items arrived, and I’ve ordered from them before with little to no issues. And I’ve enjoyed my prior experiences. But this time, while shipping was fast and only took a few days. That packaging was NOT discrete at all!! I got embarrassed by my landlord after he realized it was a dildo when picking it up for me trying to be nice.

Ordering was easy and quick

Ordering was easy and quick. I had no issues with payment, shipping nor tracking. Product is as described. I am loving my purchase. I placed an order and the order didn’t…

I placed an order and the order didn’t arrive by the expected date. I used the live chat to ask questions and they couldn’t care less about the order. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait another week and if it wasn’t there by then I could get a refund. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from here again. Would not recommend buying their products.

Poor Quality

Genuinely atrocious experience with this company. Received a free toy just for the battery compartment to only open up with extreme force, and even then it did not work. I bought another toy and the first time I tried it it ripped.

This company is stupid as hell

This company is stupid as hell. I put in all my discreet shipping information and used Apple Pay to pay and it overrides that and sends it to the shipping address on my Apple Pay. They don’t disclose this anywhere and now I’m screwed.

Do not expect your package in a timely…

Do not expect your package in a timely manner. If possible buy locally or through Hustler where I have never had an issue with shipping. Won't buy from them via shipping again.
