Needs to be more discreet

I did receive my products but I wish it would have been more discreet. I wish it would have been in a box rather than a bag. The box inside was partially opened too. I feel like a bag could easily be ripped open and I’m unsure if this package is the original package it was packaged in. Hopefully my products didn’t come rolling out in the post office in this small town of mine.

Meh...

Unfortunately this product is really nothing to write home about. The texture on the tip you're meant to grind on is far too subtle, making any attempted stimulation pretty lackluster. The vibrations are equally disappointing, providing more of a gentle massage than anything erotic. The buttons are frustratingly difficult to press, as they're buried too deep beneath the silicone. Trying to change speeds in the middle of use is a fools errand. The only saving grace of this is it's use as a dildo, but even then because there is no way to select which motor is running your hand will go numb from the buzzing long before you get anywhere near an orgasm.

My first time ordering from this…

My first time ordering from this company, when i ordered and i got a great deal, but it's been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received my package. It's frustrating that the tracking just goes dead so youre completely in the dark until its magically delivered apparently.

Let me start with this is not a negative towards your company you still got five stars there was one item that's not in my box but that was your freebie the items I was shopping we're not entirely for intimacy mostly for medical purposes and I did receive all those so I'm extremely happy they work extremely well and I'm hoping that the results are as good as the service I got so thank you

I put in a different address for shipping

I put in a different address for shipping and then they used my billing address. I wasn’t even able to edit it before it got shipped. And you guys give no option to contact for help.

I placed my order on April 3rd and it has not came yet. The tracking shows it's still in transit to usps so it hasn't gotten to usps yet. This is unacceptable. Never ordering from them again.
