The most important thing I can honestly say is I REALLY ACTUALLY GOT PAID. First time it wasn't a scam. I'm still in shock. #1 company on the internet as far as I'm concerned.

very poor They let you get near the end of a survey THEN they say I do not qualify and NO points. I got to payment thresholds before but they take so LONG to pay that they're just not worth my time.
After finishing about 10-15 surveys I noticed that the emails stopped coming. I contacted the support and got vague response:
"A search of our records indicates that you are not an active member of American Consumer Opinion®. There could be a few reasons for this. Your account may have been flagged for non-compliant activity, or you are signed up under another email address (besides this one). If your information was flagged, this could be due to several reasons.
Your survey or registration data was not valid.
We have found that you were not being compliant with the American Consumer Opinion® panel’s Terms and Conditions agreement."
They never responded to my demands to clarify and give my a specific reason for deactivating my account.
Of course it happened as soon I've earned my first 100$ worth of points.
Hi guys,
I just signed up a week ago and already reported a problem. I was promised to get 100 points for a survey. I spend about 30 min to do so. And guess....no point were added!! I send out an email with the issue (I'm very happy I made some screenshots!) and never got an answer.
Stay away from this survey site. It's a scam! Watch out, maybe they try to hack you this way. Sites are not safe nor secure!
Ridiculously long wait for payment. I managed to scrape together a pitiful $10.60 from this panel and redeemed it on March 1st 2018. After I complained by email they finally paid me on September 11th 2018... over half a year later!! This has to be slowest payment time I have ever seen. Don't bother with this company, unless you don't mind waiting months for tiny payments.
While it's easy and quick to get to the payout limit, it's takes months and months to get paid. Not worth it. With Inboxdollars, I get the payment in just a few days. Makes no sense why it takes so long to process a payment. There's literally no point in doing anything for them.
I cashed out 1430 points for Paypal $14.30 on April 26, 2018. I sent an e-mail today and Abby says accounting is processing the payment and are aware it is past the established timeframe.
Very unacceptable!!
It takes 8-12 weeks or longer in my case to be paid.
The minimum cashout is $10.
I have been waiting for months for multiple payouts.
Customer service does not care.
I have sent emails and even offered suggestions as NOBODY takes this long to reward you.
I love the surveys but I feel like its a waste of time due to their payment processing.
Paid survey site...
pros- Lots of decent surveys, high qualification rate.
Cons- 3 months to payout. Makes the whole thing ridiculous. Who wants to wait 3 months to get paid?!
