My experience with A.Coombs has always…been the best I could wish for!
My experience with A.Coombs has always been great since I started my dogfood subscription with them a couple of years ago. Nothing is too much trouble for the brilliant staff who go out of the way to help...( when for example Ive run out of dogfood sooner than I thought I would- so the dogs have not had to suffer a 'bare cupboard' thanks to this!!) A jolly good company that I would recommend every time!

Great customer service
I've knocked off a star as the wrong food was delivered. However on contacting A Coombes they were apologetic, polite, friendly and found a solution immediately. The correct food was sent straight away and a collection arranged for the unwanted item.

Great service !
I managed to buy a pet food product that had previously been difficult to find! Order service was easy and good communication . The item arrived very quickly!
No fault of A Coombs - the package was packaged well , however the delivery courier dropped the parcel over my side gate , this resulted in damage - out of a 12 can delivery each item was badly damaged !

The guys here are so super helpful
The guys here are so super helpful. I have my dog food on subscription as I don’t live nearby any longer but when my 5 doggies get through the food a little quicker Coombs are always so great in getting some out to me nice and quick. Such a convenient and easy way to shop!!

The level of customer friendly and the fact that is UK based makes a huge difference, the staff truly shows a sense of care and responsibility when contacted. The delivery is normally very fast and in many occasions they have accommodated last minute orders. Excellent service, competitive prices.more than happy with them.
