On their web site, Achilles Medical says that they try to get orders out on the same day when they are received by a certain day. They also say that they might be able to get some orders out on the same day even if received after a certain time, even if they had to take only one package to the shipper. I'm lucky because I live in Iowa, and if I pick UPS Ground Shipping, I always get the order the next day. I love their ankle braces

Ordered the ASO ankle brace for my daughter, in an XXS and it fit great. She is a gymnast, and we put a little moleskin on a couple seams since she wears it without a sock. Overall good quality brace and provides great ankle stability.

I ordered a thumb brace and received the correct one quickly and with great communication from the company. The only surprise (and why I rated my experience 4 stars and not 5) was that it was not in retail packaging as expected - just in a plastic bag. The packaging was not a problem, but it would have been nice if that was explained when ordering.

Since my motorcycle wreck 4 years ago, I have to wear a ankle brace because my ankle is no longer straight, and I have to have the extra support to not only keep my ankle from hurting, but also my back. This one is made almost like the one I was given at the hospital, except this one has a extra velcro strap at the top which also wraps around . After putting it on I was really surprised, I thought my old one gave me alot of support but this new one has alot more. So for anyone who needs a little or alot of support for their ankle, take it from someone who has to wear one every day from now on. This brace is worth every penny you pay for it. Plus it had free shipping !! When I need another one I wont have to search all over the internet looking I will definitely buy this same one.

The ASO braces I got fit perfectly and work! My feet don't hurt nor do my ankles. Their fitting chart was accurate, delivery was speedy. 3 days after I ordered them, they were here! Fast, dependable, and the product works!

If I could, I would give this product and website 6 stars! These ankle braces are all anyone playing basketball could ask if you want firm support without sacrificing agility. The braces I purchased were about half the price of me purchasing the same braces locally. Plus, I received them the next day without paying for any shipping!! They beat even their own promised delivery date.
