Car driven for more than 10 miles
Getting to drop off point was easy and well directed. Car was ready on return and key hand over was quick.
However the car had been driven for more than 10 miles. Questions raised where had the car been parked? Was the parking secure?
Would have given higher rating if the mileage and parking issues weren't the

With regard to the additional mileage, this is entirely normal for our operation. Customer vehicles are moved from the airport to one of our secure storage compounds while customers are away. An additional 10 miles is consistent with a journey of approximately 5 miles each way, which is not an unusual distance.
For security reasons, we do not disclose the locations of our compounds, but please be assured that your vehicle was parked in one of our secure facilities and not left at the airport.

Rarely think of contacting any other operator
I like using Ace for my parking as I trust your operators and am happy to use your services each time I fly. I do get a little'grumpy', especially when I return from a long trip and at a very late hour, only to find my driver's seat well out of its preset personal position. Would probably give you five stars if you tried to put it back where it was before you changed it.

We completely understand your frustration when you return from a long journey and find your driver's seat isn't quite where you left it.
For safety reasons, our drivers will adjust the seat, mirrors and steering position to ensure they can operate your vehicle safely. As your vehicle may be driven by more than one member of our team during its journey to and from our secure compound, it isn't possible for us to accurately return the seat to its original position, particularly where memory seat settings are involved and we don't know which preset belongs to the owner.
We do, however, appreciate your feedback and will continue to remind our drivers to minimise any adjustments beyond those necessary to move the vehicle safely.
