It's always a pleasure to work with Abt. Another phenomenal experience! The professionals that are part of the Mobile Install team are always incredibly responsive and ensure a very smooth transaction. A very special "Thank You" to Don McDade and James Senne - they are great to work with and designed a very custom solution for my car. Abt has a truly wonderful team and I look forward to working with all of them again in the future.

Orders get cancelled without notice a day after being placed and charged on your credit card. Customer service does not answer the phone. Live Chat is unhelpful and misleading and apparently not even connected to the company. And when you finally do get through via email you get some completely idiotic and asinine scripted explanation of policies. No apologies offered for time wasted. Idiotic suggestions about wiring them funds for the transaction. Don't waste your time.
And as far as their response goes, no one in their right mind is going to pay 20 bucks to wire them funds for a transaction and wait 3 days when one could just go to one of a hundred other companies selling exactly the same thing at the same price. Which I did. Target had no problem with my order. Maybe they should get a 3rd party verification company that actually knows what the hell they're doing and things might get better. Also their response completely ignores that I reached out in response to their order verification email and provided the correct information. And yet... canceled again. Abt is just not worth the time and hassle.

Wanted to upgrade my tv. Told salesman that tv must integrate with my hearing aid tv adapter. When installing it could not cjonnect. I complained and the salesman requested $187 more to get more parts!! That also did not work AND in the process I lost wifi on my new tv!!!
Service guy suggested I keep my Apple TV since that still had the wifi connection. I have requested the extra $ 187 back, got salesman HAVE A NICE DAY. Stay away from Abt

I called on 05/27/2023, spoke to Robert T. in Abt, He knows what he was doing. I want to thank you for a great experience. I explained to him my situation with the A/C, the guy who I hired brought 2 window A/C, instead of inwall A/C. I didn't notice that either, thinking I'm working with a professional. After further explaining to Robert, He was well aware what was wrong with it an concerned. Robert I want to thank you knowledge of A/C.for 24 yrs. I will be purchasing another inwall A/C. later in the future.

In less then a week today 06/03/23 my new inwall air conditioner was installed. thank you Kevin C for explain how the inwall A/C work and your co-worker.

I applied for a line of in store credit, they refused which is fine I get it, but they absolutely decimated my credit score with a single hard credit check. They dropped my score by 43 points in 2 minutes and it took me 8 years to move it up by 55 points so they almost wipe all that time worth of progress from me. I'm very dissatisfied and I will never even look at anything this website has to offer ever again. It's disgusting.

Excellent service very professional and their cleanup was very well done. Would highly recommend your store. Definitely will do any future purchases with you.

Arek and Christian were terrific. The first call to notify me delivery was coming was very polite and professional. They arrived a bit earlier then they anticipated and were very courteous They got right to work and were finished in 30 minutes. Arek cleaned the area where the old dishwasher was and cleaned as he worked. Very nice people both of them. Very pleased with the results.

Faultless & excellent in every way. Delivery men were prompt & professional. Helped me understand every detail & were generous in answering questions.

Quality of service excellent. Sade has superior customer service skills, and she went straight to work and offered helpful suggestions. She repaired my dishwasher in record time😊. I was very impressed with her expertise!!

ABT installers encountered an electrical issue with the oven hookup. The figured out a solution, explained to me what need to be done for a successful installation and after my authorization, proceeded with install. They did a great job.

My delivery team, Sam and Joe, found a problem with the electrical configuration and found a way to resolve it. Had they not done so, they would not have been able to install my induction range and I would have had to wait several days to resolve the problem. In addition to being on-time, courteous, and safe, they were problem solvers. I greatly appreciate that.

Awesome experience with my recent visit@Abt. I bought a Samsung TV , very nice place with lots of options and personalized expereince.

As always the delivery process, delivery, and setup were fantastic.

I've been shopping at Abt for years. They are a great family owned store with super knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are always ready to listen to you and open to giving you whatever discounts they can.

I recently bought a big 75 inch flat screen TV. The salesman gave me some great discounts that really sweetened the deal. The delivery was right on time and the guys were super nice, helpful, and very careful with the entire process.

I would definitely recommend Abt to anyone who is looking for an experience that is superior to your typical electronics franchise store one!

I shop at the Orland Park store. I highly recommend Abt Electronics based upon my experience with Abt's excellent sales staff, Abt's prices, Abt's delivery system, Abt's delivery personnel, their removal of the old appliance, and their removal of packaging from the new one. If you 'comparison shop' I maintain there is no comparison where Abt will come out in second place. This is the place! P.S. I received nothing now nor will I receive anything in the future for this evaluation.

The 2 delivery guys where kind, matter of fact, practiced safety and obviously used their training precisely. They were trustworthy and were aware of all possible points of where damage could occur without exercising extreme caution not just to the frig being delivered but our home. Thanks Gentlemen!

Wanted to send a shout out to Joey and Tommy truck 463 from ABT. My husband and I are not very technical. Our installation went very well. The difference is they were patient with me as I wrote steps down. The gentlemen cleaned up and you would never know they were here. Thanks so much from Ray and Kim Bentall Also a shout out to our salesman Dan who helped us choose a compatible television for our needs.

I ordered a new window air conditioner on Abt.com. I got a very competitive price for the unit and the extended warranty was also priced well. My order was quickly shipped and arrived early in excellent condition. I'm so happy that I purchased from Abt.com. I actually saved a bit compared to Amazon and I feel like the service and support would have been worth it...even if it had been a few dollars more than Amazon. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

Abt was the only place that could get my dryer delivered in the shortest amount of time and they matched a lower price. Very helpful when talking with them. Delivery was on time and they were very careful in getting my dryer into the basement down some curved steps. I will continue to use them for my next appliance.
