I used AC for almost 5 years and loved…
I used AC for almost 5 years and loved it! Recently changed their formula to runny artificial tase. Made me feel sick. I have cancelled my subscription and will look for another collagen. The lady refunded my last payment as I was unhappy, as I explained, I did not change my mind. You changed your formula. Why? When they already had two new collagen’s and a powder for customers who didn’t like the original. Probably spent £2500 over the years. Well spent do not regret as I saw results but my custom and loyalty obviously doesn’t matter.

It’s easy to order but a pain to cancel. They don’t cancel without you having to call which doesn’t make it easy. Also I didn’t like the taste at all. It just tasted of fish with a weird after taste.

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a subscription which I wished to cancel. Didn't have the option on their website. It advises you have to telephone to cancel which is not ideal. I telephoned to do so. Was asked why and I said I don't appreciated being questioned why I wish to cancel. The operator proceeded to advise that as well as cancelling my subscription, my free gift would also be cancelled. I am not concerned about the free gift but I did feel her tone quite off. I will not pursue another subscription. Disappointing!!!

I love the AC range
I love the AC range - started off with the face creams first, the texture/scent and thickness is just perfect for me. Moved onto the collagen sachets - started with mango but much prefer the raspberry flavour. Thank You!

I am on my first box
I am on my first box, I cant say i seen are feel any difference.
Unfortunately it makes me bloated, my joints still hurts no improvement in my hair.
My next box is on the way. I will try to bare the bloating and see if it will work. I will give it another month and write a review when I complete 2 months and see if taking this it will do what is discriped

Easy to take
Tastes okay. Easy to take in liquid form and box helps record doses.
I have been taking for 4 weeks now and I think I can see an improvement in my face. I would ideally like to feel less joint pain so continuing for next two month.
