Have used Aberdeen Sewing Machines for both industrial and domestic machines and find that both Stephen and Tracy are always willing to give you their time and talk through your requirements in detail.

Great company to deal with

This place is a gem! Lots to see in ranges of both domestic and industrial sewing machines as well as embroidery/quilting machines which are fascinating to watch in action.
There is a good stock of new and used machines and accessories including batting, linings and general sewing haberdashery though trimmings are limited. The welcome impression is of a ‘serious’ sewing dedicated space. An efficient problem solving/servicing facility is also offered for all ages of sewing machine including industrial. Staff are very knowledgable on the engineering and technical side so pleasant willing expertise and advice is at hand.
I would have given five stars but for very limited dressmaking fabrics, given the shortage of outlets in the area. Nevertheless this place is worth a visit if only to browse -and like me you are sure to find something you didn’t know you needed!
There are some parking spaces and assistance with lifting of heavy equipment is available on request.

Prompt delivery and problem quickly resolved by very helpful staff

I had a problem when I was doing free motion quilting on my Janome HD9. The thread kept breaking at the needle. After trying all the usual fixes with no joy I called Stephen to see if he could help. If only I had contacted him sooner. Between Stephen and Tracy they managed to come up with the solution to the problem. Wonderful service, fantstic staff. Thank you.

Fast delivery. Well packaged and exactly what I needed. I emailed Stephen when I was having a problem with my sewing machine. He replied almost immediately with a few questions and was able to identify the problem and how to resolve it. A few days later the new part I needed arrived and my machine works perfectly
