I chose one o their garages and it was really easy. Had the van back within a week

I just could not believe how quick the AA arrived, literally within 10 mins if that. Ash the engineer was very efficient and friendly too. The service he provided was second to none. Emptied my boot and took out the spare tyre and replaced my punctured tyre within minutes. I have been with the AA for over 25 years and would recommend them as they are life savers!

Their AA APPROVED garage made my car even worse than it initially was. EGR cooler and valves were supposed to be replaced initially but god knows what they did. I called AA for a second time saying the car is even worse. They stopped working with the garage as they lost trust in their work. No suprise there. They agreed to cover costs for the same part that needed doing under warranty. Gave car in to another AA approved garage and now AA refusing to pay 🤣 Their second AA approved garage confirmed the same part needs replacing under warranty but AA wont approve it. Oh and dont bother asking to speak to a senior or manager because none of them are ever available. Useless company. Nothing is ever their fault. Will be trying RAC next. Can't get any worse than AA.

As a trader, I have been working with AA Warranties for approaching 6 years and found the service to be invaluable. My account manager Ian is always on hand as and when required. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely shocking service beyond terrible- honestly save your money and shop around as you are paying a company that will challenge every claim you make and find any and every reason to reject it!

Edit - I have sent you an email, I have also submitted this as a complaint however today, with your 8 week turnaround on a response, it is not helping me as I am without a car and £600 down in hire costs and recovery!

Part came quick lock fixed while I wait

Literally so straight forward and pretty quick decision making. I popped into a local Halfords auto centre(National Tyres) and explained what my problem was. They took all my details and processed my faults with Opteven, within the hour my claim was approved and my car faults fixed by the end of the day. Although I missed the call, I still received a courtesy call about my experience which is brilliant. Thanks again all involved, saved me a fair few quid.

Recently had a great experience with this company and my garage. Efficient paperwork provided by my garage and the decision was granted within an hour. It was peace of mind knowing that it was a bill I wouldn’t have to worry about paying

Amazing sorted my claim within two days made it easy and straight forward hassle free I was very impressed

Had to hold a bit to speak initially. Sent the link to repair places through. I was surprised to find only 3 in my area. Two being Halfords in Norwich. I already had the code as to the fault. Vehicle collected next day after dropping off. Halfords had done nothing and it was very inconvenient getting vehicle to them. Even if they found a fault they wouldn’t have fixed it as it was automatic? What’s the point in giving out their details. Took back to garage I bought from and they sorted via your warranty with no issues. Lisa on the phone on second occasion was promoting and on it.

I was very surprised how easy the process was to claim. The dealership and the AA warranty team dealt with it ask themselves and I just getting email updates. I was so impressed with the speed everything was sorted.

My car needed repair to its motor for the wipers, I was worried it wasn’t included in the warranty. And it was all included and I didn’t have to pay anything. Which was a bonus

Great warranty and great customer service. I have 3 vehicles all with the Opteven warranty and have just renewed one of them which was due to expire. In total I have made 3 claims under the warranties and have not had any issues at all. Each claim has been accepted without argument or issue upon sending them the diagnosis and quotes to repair. Would recommend.

Absolutely useless company now having to rebook holiday again because they haven't paid the garage..And have the cheek to ask me if I want to renew my warranty ...And my warranty was for £5000 but I had to pay £3500. Avoid Opteven like the plague false promises

Prompt response to email and claim sorted swiftly

I bought my car from Stratus cars, which came with 3 months warranty. On one of my journeys, not long after, car lit up with a few faults which was very worrying. When I rung the garage they were very reassuring and told me to bring the car in next day. It was, as they said over the phone, a faulty sensor. They've replaced it in over an hour and I was on my way back home. Later on that day I received an email that the claim has been approved and paid to the garage.
Things like this normally happen to me a day after warranty has run out so it was nice to have the experience of using the warranty.
I'm very happy with the whole experience.

The warranty we purchased removed our concerns re our broken down car.
This is exactly what you hope a warranty will do and it did it
We will not hesitate to repeat the use of this in the future
