Very helpful with my booking amendments 😃

Easy to book, that's if you remember to put your times in for arrival and departures, but even if you forget they still pick you up on time using your flight number in and out of Alicante airport.Text messaging to your phone is also a great idea. Always polite when you arrive and usually wait for you if your flight is delayed. We only ever use the coach transfer and have never been let down yet. Most of the drivers are lovely and with patience beyond belief sometimes especially with stags and hens.... being of the older generation we feel safe and secure with A to B (ABAS). Very helpful over transfers to and from a private accommodation rather than a hotel, with a map e-mailed to show the walking routes between the bus stop and our accommodation.

After having quotes sent to me I contacted the chat line and was given excellent service leading to an even better deal, many thanks especially Reinhard Swarts who had handled my transfer request impeccably and I will definitely be recommending HOPPA to all of my friends and family after this experience.

I had not received a response to my email but the on line chat meant I got both an immediate answer and my query resolved.

Attempted to get answer on Saturday to a query before I could go ahead with my booking received a reply very promptly with I.d. Number and was told I would have an answer in 24hrs unfortunately it doesn’t say only Monday to Friday so at the moment I am none of the wiser .The staff are very apologetic but it is very frustrating I think I will try some of the others as there are plenty people looking for the business .

Dealt with a refund/new booking problem in minutes. Excellent.

Today I was helped by Mandie. She sorted my problem out for me, it was quite difficult but she was very patient and I am a very happy customer.

Fine for the actual transfers. Staff polite and transfers reliable but... and it's a BIG but...
On arrival at Hurghada airport as I was approaching the VISA desks I was greeted by my A2B guy with a board with my name on it. He directed me to another A2B rep who demanded £25 for my entry visa. When I challenged him and told him it was expensive he reluctantly directed me to the proper bankers desk where I was charged the proper price of £20.
So essentially I was being ripped off and betrayed by my own transfer company... nice...

Since I have made this review I have returned to Hurghada and "agents" are still enthusiastically directing arriving passengers to the rip off desks actively directing them past the cheaper legitimate bank visa counters.

It is a despicable practice ripping off customers by £7 A go - £2,000 a plane of deceived customers! Typically Egyptian. Love the country hate their rip off antics.
