From start to finish, this was an all-around wonderful experience.
The level of customer service provided was outstanding. Melody went above and beyond to help us with out needs, The 3 young men at the warehouse for pick-up were sweet, kind, and helpful.
I would highly recommend A1 SOLAR!

Very odd experience, sounded like a scam. I called, it rang a call center with some odd european ring tone. The lady said I can't have the pickup address until I order. To me this is utter BS. Not taking the risk. Adios amigos!

My order was ready to go when I got there. The solar panels looked great and they fit perfectly in the back of my SUV, so the sated size was accurate.
The power output of the 2 Meyer Burger 395 watt panels are topping 605 watts together. More than expected!

The address given was not for the correct entry to the facility (rather a main door which was not staffed) so I was wandering around trying to find the correct entrance. There was no map in my instructions rather a picture of a building from the air which was not helpful. Most of the doors were locked and so I could not find anyone to direct me except by accident finding some ppl at lunch.. Beforehand, I had called your 800 number to notify I was picking up in 1.5 hrs but the info never made it to the facility. The door number in your email was incorrect and I was given another one at the guard gate. So I went back and forth between the doors knocking then banging on them - before finally being let inside then directed to the other door. The panels were not packaged - but were banded without me seeing them. So they were unbanded and then re-banded. This was a very frustrating experience I doubt I will be your future customer. Why don't you provide even simple things. A map would be more helpful than your fancy video. Don't understand what is wrong here.

From start to finish this was one of my best online buying experiences. Bought 6 panels at a great price and scheduled to pick them up in person 17 miles away from my home. After my purchase they called to verify the purchase and find out how/when I wanted to pick them. All responses were quick, friendly and professional. I arrive at the warehouse to pick up the panels and it had to be one of the cleanest and most organized warehouses I have been too. Loaded up and on our way in about 10 minutes. Don’t hesitate to purchase from A1 Solar Store!

The price, order process and pick up process all went without a hitch. Actually, well above average customer service. I would recommend A1 Solar. I picked up my order in Garner NC.

My purshase was for replacement of storm damaged solar panels during a recent storm. I was able to purchase and match existing system items and pickup at local fulfillment location. Very helpful online staff and at Warehouse for pickup location. Saved shipping cost via use of local warehouse delivery. Would recommend this company to anyone for future purchases.

This company has a great selection of solar panels at great prices with different delivery and pickup options. I was a little skeptical at first. Prices seemed almost too good to be true. But after purchase I was contacted the next day to confirm my order, confirm my pickup city, and schedule a time for pickup. The pickup location was given to me via email a couple days before my scheduled pickup and the guys at the pickup place did a fantastic job of packing them to a pallet. Truly amazing. Very secure. If you are thinking about getting some solar panels then this is the place to buy them from.

Thank you, 7 Enphase Inverters, 7 Q cables and 7 MSE PV Panels. All installed on my existing system, all operational. Pricing was fair, Pickup Daytona Beach went well and UPS was on time. If A1 would have had racking systems - extra bonus.

I don't usually write a review for a company, or ever for that matter, but this I felt compelled due to the easy pickup I had this morning in Jacksonville, FL. I ordered 1 peice of Q CELLS 365w on Friday, and then I received a notification on my phone within 48 hours that it was ready. They let me inspect it and were very helpful with all the questions I had and they did all the loading for me. Now the only problem I have is finding something else to do the rest of the day cause I thought it was going to take up half my day. BIG THANKS A1SOLARPANEL

Hard to find panels available for pickup when you don’t need an entire pallet so I’m quite happy I found this companies website.

I ordered my solar panels on Monday and picked them up at will call on Wednesday. The price was very good and the pickup process went very smooth with their assistance in loading them into my vehicle. Great experience.
